Our condolences to families and friends of the people who died during this attack, and best wishes to the injured people. When needed, we can help with the revalidation of the most severely injured.

We also send our condolences to government and people of Talemantros for the loss of their Vice-Chancellor and Secretary of State Carmine Gavallo. We strongly condemn this terrorist attack and will put the group behind it on our list of terrorist organisations. We also offer our help with finding the culprits.

DULWICH, SUNDAY, 1st JUNE 2012

The Right Honourable The Secretary of State has received the Command of her Imperial and Royal Engellexic Majesty The Queen-Empress
to make known the following gracious Statement of her Imperial and Royal Engellexic Majesty
to the King, Lordships and Commoners of the Talemantine Empire.

An Extension of The Queen-Empress' Statement in Council.

TO KING, LORDSHIPS AND COMMONERS OF THE TALEMANTINE EMPIRE
I am instructed to EXPRESS on behalf of her Imperial and Royal Engellexic Majesty;

The Lordships and Commoners of the Talemantine Empire will bear with me while I express a few words, on behalf of her Majesty the Queen-Empress and the Lords and Commoners of the Empire of Great Engellex, respecting the loss you and, indeed, Europe has sustained during this difficult time from such a heinous crime.

His Excellency, Vice Chancellor Carmine Gavallo passed away in a most undignified and cruel circumstance. He is quite recognised as the highest standard of the Talemantine demeanour, and established much of what Europe has come to expect of the Talemantines on political endeavour. Carmine Gavallo was certainly a keen politician.

It would be perhaps odd for me to say so, but I never could help feeling admiration for the curious moral character of the late Vice Chancellor which formed the foundation in which he served to deal with every question and situation that came before his office, big or small, for there were very few things which he did consider worthy of his efforts to maintain for his country; Talemantine expansion being the exception and the focus of his greatest efforts. I do not recall any instance in which that strong political prepossession did not influence his conduct as Secretary of State. He was an able, impertinent, shrewd, and determined man.

His death has created a void, without a doubt, which the Talemantine Empire will certainly find the determination to overcome such a difficulty with ease, and will see the period be one of no greatness, indeed, for which this respected man shall be missed.

The Engello peoples of Liege no doubt should desire to extend their gratitude.

By the Grace of GOD, of the EMPIRE of GREAT ENGELLEX, CHARLOTTE, the QUEEN-EMPRESS, through the SECRETARY of STATE, his Grace the DUKE of NONSUCH
