with great concern we have learned about the uproar and riots in your country's Oceanic overseas holdings. We are appalled by the blatant Cannie demonstration of their disregard for matter of national sovereignty. Although the Kingdom of Franken's geopolitical strategy has focused on the realms of the EDF and its wider spheres of influence, we are prepared to provide any help and assistance you may require to help the authorities restore stability and order.

The General Consul posted in the Tangolan Islands will act as Franken's intermediary in this conflict.
