Westernesse Free Trade Agreement
The signatories below have came to the common agreement that to achieve the best interests of the Western Man that a greater level of cooperation and economic incentives will bring greater stability and unity amongst the hemisphere, improving the means to a better future.
- TARIFFS: Hitherto the contracting parties shall reduce tariffs at a level of ten percent every year until they are rendered down to zero mutually and productively.
- DUTIES: Let it be known that only goods produced in Westernesse and its signatory periphery shall be considered duty free. A minimum threshold of SIXTY-FIVE-PERCENT of the good must have been produced OR put together in a signatory state.
- STANDARDS: Participatory powers shall endeavor to align health, safety, and industrial standards to a common base level so that interstate trade is legally possible. Committed states therefore pledge to inform and enforce these customs and standards proactively with well trained and inter-agreement accountable law enforcement officers.
- PROPERTY: Signatories hereby agree to respect and enforce the integrity of financial, industrial, and intellectual properties of signatory states, the corporations that comprise them, and individuals that innovate with possession of their passports.
- COMPETITION: Intercontinental corporations that can prove homogeneity to Westernesse and signatory peripheries shall be afforded full rights to bid on projects and offer other competitive services within signatories as if they were domestic businesses.
