The encryption was nothing to call home about, it was one of the standard encryptions used by the Sinhai diplomatic offices, though of course it was an ever changing rhythm of encryptions, it wasn't something Šidajica would have problems with. Ambassador Thanom Sanouk was contacted at his office in Arcodsk and made aware of the situation. The Sinhai Union wasn't requesting assistance from foreign governments yet, but that certainly did not mean that potential allies were not able to offer their own assistance. Šidajica and others more than likely knew that Sinhai was a stepping stone to Nokanawa by water while still being outside of the reach of influence from the Fascist superstate. Sinhai was also on the front lines of a new war against Communism, something that many states throughout the world vied to destroy on principle alone.

A great deal of amusement and some of the first entertainment in the season began with the work to crack the cypher on the transmitted communique. Interns and their masters bustled about the crowded confines of their aging downtown office buildings, a thick mist of conversation hanging over them like a curtain. The commotion died down within half an hour after it'd begun, a notice sent off to the appropriate offices within the Commissariat of the contents. A further hour of bureaucracy would see a man from the government finally arrive in the embassy of the Sinhai Union in Arcodsk.

The dark haired man entered with his hands clasped tightly behind his back, gleaming gold sigils pinned to the lapel of his jet-black dress uniform. An armband denoting his affiliation with the diplomatic corps was affixed over his right arm, a few random insignia's upon his left breast representing his unit and a few of his achievements. The potential in Sinhai as an ally was undeniable, and the gaunt young gentleman acknowledged that - a few other lessons also having been instilled into him during his briefing.

Ambassador Thanom Sanouk felt comfortable in the privacy of his embassy offices. Hew knew if the building was bugged, then the Sidajicans would be listening to their own conversation, and that didn't bother him. It bothered him more to think if they listened to his phone conversations with his wife. He tried not to let his paranoia get the better of him. Sri Rama didn't pick him for this job because he was a smooth talker or a good diplomat, they picked him because he could be trusted.

"I read a brief on your governments request," Mister Sanouk began, placing his hands together in front of his face as if praying and bowing slightly before the gentleman before him in the customary greeting (wei) of Sinhai. "My name is Thanom Sanouk, may I ask your name, and the ... depth of your governments interest?"
