To whom it may concern,

First of all our best wishes for the new year.

We heartily thank the ESO of Thaumantica for its outstretched hand. Whatever we did in the past, we did it with the intention to restore and preserve peace in Gallo-Germania. I can assure you that the future new government of the Rheinbund will have the same intention. It is also our wish to keep close contact with Thaumantica on all matters that concern us, among others preserving peace in our region.

The Thaumantic Communal Order:​

We would compel you to urge for peace towards your former ally, the Republic in Tianlong, though we ourselves cannot sufficiently whisper wisdom to our neighbor along the channels in Angliarique to do the same. Still, there are matters of human decency in question here that go unquestioned in a post European Forum World. Prisoners of war and espionage belong in to both have been taken between these warring states and are now in unknown mysterious holding patterns. This, dear partners, should not be the norm for our world going forward among civilized states. If your agencies, should funding and inclination allow, could check in on the state of prisoners from Angliarique in Tianlong we would be grateful.

As the Thaumantic Order opens to the world, little by little, we seek measures of decency germane to the communes but not assumed common beyond our Communal Order. Perhaps Pelasgia can realize this initiative as a non-former ally yet neutral state, inspecting the treatment of enlisted folk well below the decision makers from Angliarique or Tianlong.

As mentioned in your communiqué, the Pelasgian Empire is a neutral state and has therefore never been an ally of Tianlong. Nevertheless, in the spirit of humanitarianism and Christian agape, we are willing to verify the status and health of the Anglian prisoners taken by the Tianese military, provided that the government of Tianlong would grant us such leave.

For more substantive talks to reconciliation between the two, however, it is our belief that Tianlong's own erstwhile allies are better placed to issue calls to reconciliation, as we do not have a substantive relationship of close diplomacy that we can rely upon with Uicheon.
