In the interests of regional peace and with the intent of presenting the official position of the Sikandari State, it has been decided by Chancellor Jhangvi to hereby issue an official declaration of neutrality in the armed conflicts presently occurring in our region. The Imperial State is not a proponent of offensive wars and hopes that all parties in the armed conflict allow for reason to rule supreme in their capitals and to seek a ceasefire to end the suffering of the common peoples of their lands.
The Imperial State would additionally like to categorically state that the Straits of Sikandara, which are an important maritime thoroughfare, are open to non-military cargo vessels, respecting the neutrality of the Straits of Sikandara is the condition which must be accepted for the neutrality of the Imperial State in this conflict.
