Members of the European forum, all of you who have absconded from fair Frescania: of course we condemn you! The conniving Rheinbunder, the murderous Tianese, the wanting Ebrians, and the shameless Radilans all count their coins in the shadows as a world market plunges. Who will go hungry, surely not you world leaders from Europa and the Far East, but instead the common man and common soldier being sent to expand your ugly commercial way of life.

Is this liberalism? Is this the harmony of your European Forum? Hundreds are dead, and prisoners are being taken! The Tianese shot first, and they interrupted a brief moment of peace upon our planet! Heed us now and release these Anglians and send them home, for soon your Tianese killers will miss their distant homeland as well!

Our Anglian partners met with you and you rebuked them for you had designs upon them and no ears to listen. A massacre has occurred and where are the condemnations? Let it start here: Tianlong, our trusted world partner, the Thaumantic Order condemns you for wanton bloodlust - murder of innocents - and indulging in this stroke of hubris to take command of leadership among the gangs of capital. We know you now, Tianglong, and have marked you as a greedster and a gangster!

We have guaranteed the integrity of Anglia and promised ruin to those who violate her. We call upon our friends, partners, and those not wrongly enamored by the failed European Forum to do the same. You, those of you who have abandoned Frescania to allow Tianlong's attack, will be counted as accessories to murder, and only after formal apologies to the Anglian people will we consider corner or counsel. After the failure of the European Forum, after the neglect of the Valls Pact, your words and marks mean nothing. We would rather trust our rivals and enemies, the Federation, the Tarusans, and the Post-Delegationists who at least mean what they say and sign.

While we have our grievances against the Communal Order, we currently find ourselves in a position of agreeance over the actions of the Republic of Tianlong and condemn this attack and the detention of Anglia personnel that survived the onslaught that was brought upon them by the Tianese forces. Even now the Federation, another nation with strained relations with Kremlyov, have stated it was none other than the Tianese delegation that brought an end to diplomatic discussions before they launched the attack upon the woefully undefended and incapable museum fleet on a ceremonial escort to the European Forum.

The actions by the Republic of Tianlong do not constitute a military action against a military target, this was blatant murder and violations of unspoken political protocol for attacking the means of transportation for diplomatic staff. A nation that is supposed to be a "keeper of the peace" in this so called security council of the European Forum, further proof that the Emperor was correct in withdrawing permanently our state from the European Forum and refusing to recognize it as a legal entity moving forward into the future.

The first step in correcting this wrong would be for the Republic of Tianlong to pay the state of Angliarique no less than 500 million euromark for the wrongful death and imprisonment of those that it has attacked, as well as another large sum for those citizens of Frescania that have taken to fleeing the island after the attack began. The immediate withdrawal of Tianese military vessels from the Thaumantic and Bonaventura Bay, and the release of those detained illegally immediately so they may be repatriated to Anglia.

We stand fast ready to act in the defense of Anglia from this horrendous and unjustified act of aggression from the power that attempts to flex the CETO muscle and hide behind its defensive agreement and the European Forum to justify its actions. The only armed military personnel that have violated the territorial integrity of Frescania are that of the Tianese Republic.
