The variety of offers from Sylvania is indeed quite interesting and worthy of further exploration. Port Royal eagerly awaits the arrival of Sylvania's diplomats to begin such discussions. Tulusians are a proud people having just recently gained full independence. Neutrality has served us well thus far and we therefore shall require very persuasive arguments in favour of abandoning neutrality for a closer relationship. That being said, we remain open to any and all propositions. Fitting accomodations shall be arranged for all visitors and for a tour of the country via air.

We do apologize for our delay in returning your message, as you are aware this is a stressful time for both the Sylvanian Government and the Sylvanian people and our affairs with the Danes have taken precedence over all due to this crisis. Unfortunately Director Viklund will no longer be able to attend a meeting in Tulus and Biminis on the purposes of enhancing our national ties and will be sending me in her place. As the Assistant Director I am allowed the same power the Director has when she is unavailable and I assure whatever deals may be made between our nation will be legal ones authorized by our government and this department. I look forward to meeting with you and your people upon my arrival.
