To our esteemed comrades in Touzen and Carentania:

Recent events have shown that the imperialist aggressors of the world will stop at nothing to bring Boliatur under their domination. The Soviet Republic of Miroslavl has made attempts to resist these efforts, and now we find ourselves under fire from the military forces of the Danish Imperium and the Mezhist Union. The Soviet Republic hopes that this attack upon itself by our mutual enemies will be of benefit to the people of Boliatur, and trusts that your nations will act swiftly to secure the Republic of Boliatur against Danish and Mezhist aggression.

The Soviet Republic would also like to request whatever assistance the Constitutional State of Touzen and the Worker's Republic of Carentania can provide, particularly at sea, where the Soviet Republic expects to find itself sorely outmatched.

I, like all conscious observers here in the Constitutional State, have noted the blatant disregard the imperialist powers have shown for the democratic aspirations of the people of Boliatur, it is indeed a sign of a new phase in the approach international Imperialism has taken in the pursuit of its mad goals of global dominance. The very real challenge the free world now is posed with is the open bid for slavery advanced by mezhism and the slayers in Christiansborg, a challenge that could only articulate itself due to the shortcomings in the foreign policy of the Constitutional State in the last months, a foreign policy that needed decisive decisions, but lacked them. Even as I write these lines however, the Constitutional State is threatened from within by conditions that are beyond my control, and for that matter it is beyond my control to answer you in an official capacity: I may have been designated the next Lord Protector of our Constitutional State, but as of yet no government has been formed, and it is only the extreme urgency of your approach that has forced me to reply to you in a private capacity. Therefor please excuse the inofficial appearance of this letter.

I have no doubt in the ultimate victory of the forces of freedom in the approaching world conflict, but Nokanawa can as of now not join in the defense of freedom without constituting a government sanctioning such actions. In the next days I will be in discussions with the Marshall Dorgon of the Jurchen Republic, who so valiantly has taken up the banner of our Revolution, defending its values in Boliatur, a defense that has now spread to Miroslavl. Rest assured, ways will be found and decisions be made that will enable a substantial improvement of the military situation on the high oceans. Until then I ask for your patience and merciless opposition to the Cabal of Nations.
