Nicks above your flag

I've returned the old feature of being able to put your nickname above your flag, for easier identification within the community even amongst nation changes. It was lost during the hackening, but has now been restored.

Ctrl-F "nickname" in Settings < Edit Profile < Nickname

Oh hey good idea! Now when new peeps come on to the IRC there will be less confusion over which country = which nickname
