This is an open invitation for all countries who wish to have advisers present during the drafting of the constitution of the United Socialist States of Boluxia. So far, Representatives from Freiheit and Yairobi have expressed interest in attending, so please get in contact with our board of Foreign Affairs here.

The purpose of allowing Yairobi and Freiheit to sit in on the drafting was to ensure the ideals of communism succeed in a nation only recently liberated from monarchy. The presence of other nations only serves to complicate this process.

We must also question the wisdom of an open invitation to all nations and suggest only a select few are invited to prevent unwanted influences.

Boluxia, On Behalf of the Sinhai Union

We must echo the sentiment of the Blue Union; the creation of a national charter and social contract binding responsibility and consequence between government and citizen is a most personal and invested matter. The Sinhai Union does not feel that the Boluxian government can afford to allow international manuevering and manipulation influence it's sovereign right to justly govern its people. We must advise against allowing ANY non-nationals to participate in the creation of a Constitution.

Should a Constitution be drafted which emphasizes the interest of politicians abroad, the legitimacy of Boluxian sovereignty would be necessarily brought into question. We highly suggest that the Boluxian government hold a plebiscite first to determine what issues are of paramount importance to its own citizenry, as well as look to other nations Constitutions for ideas. However, the Boluxian Constitution must be entirely Boluxian; should an invitation to foreign states exist it should only be done in a manner which would allow pure observation and a lack of participation.
