In the interests of greater cooperation between our two zones, and with the problems facing our respective militaries requiring a resolution which may be more adequately handled if worked out together, we would like to invite General Modersohn and his staff to northern Solaren, in the Potenzan occupied zone, for discussions on solidifying efforts to establish a lasting peace within the nation. His staff would be hosted and treated at the Potenzan quarters while present for the discussions. These efforts are known of and approved by our nation's Ministry of Defense.

Battisti and his staff look forward to hearing further from our allies in peace to the south.

Also we consider it important that we discuss the matters at hand together, because we might be facing the same kind of problems as you do, and because we think that it is better for Solaren if issues are handled in the same way in all occupational zones. Therefore, with the approval of the Eiffellandian Ministry for Defence, we heartily accept the invitaton from our allies in peace to the North.

Out of common courtesy between forces, the Potenzan command feels its responsibility to alert Eiffellandian command that, in a near future date, a military operation will be carried out against rebel elements whose locations rest along the border between the Eiffellandian zone and the Potenzan zone. This will involve Potenzan aircraft and ground elements. We are alerting Eiffellandian command so that no embarrassing border incidents occur, or the intentions of our forces are misunderstood.
