I have no doubt that you know now the adversity the Free World faces now as the reactionaries and the nations of free men will eventually come to clash in Boliatur. The Jurchen Republic and Marshal Dorgon should be commended for taking up the mantle of defending the right of self determination of the people in Boliatur. The reactionaries fear the man who can think for himself and act upon his own moral desires freely without the parasite of authoritarianism weighing him down. Though the goals of Sylvanian libertarianism and post-delegationism end in different ways, I believe that we desire the same things: freedom for all humanity. We would support your efforts openly if we could, but the "Concert of Nations," as the blood soaked reactionaries call themselves have turned their scrutiny toward us and Sylvania is now in a position that requires a delicate touch if we wish to maintain peace in the Sylvanian Homeland.

Therefore I come to our proposal, The Four Houses Government, in a secret vote have allowed us to extend the offer of secret support, through funding and subsidized weaponry for post-delegationist forces fighting in Boliatur. It is our belief that the reactionary empires will break on the frozen steppe of Boliatur and it is in The Free World's best interest to see such a thing happen. on behalf of the Revolutionary Government I wish to thank you for communique by your house. Its content and wording have been highly welcomed in Fengtian and I am to convey to you the personal appreciation of the Marshall of the Republic, who is currently preparing for his transit to the Constitutional State of Touzen on a mission to further the cause of freedom and to build a coalition for progress.

The United Republic has been rightfully recognized in this our Republic as a morally like-aligned entity across the Ocean which in Engellexic is called the Implarian one, and even though the Revolution and its manifestations that have taken root in Touyou are divided both geographically and culturally from the Citizenry of Sylvania, the common struggle for freedom, the desire to be free from the do's and dont's of self-proclaimed higher men have found articulation in separate, distinct and unique, but nevertheless aligned ways in this your Republic. It heartens me to see that our struggle, poised to continue as the conflict with liberty-deniers escalates to ever greater heights with the violent contest of the steppe two, has resonated with your people and government. The Republic welcomes the help of any and all that stand for our defense of liberty, even if, like in your case, this help must be conducted by clandestine means to avoid certain consequences. The Republic is no stranger to the field of realpolitik-inspired considerations, and we will treat Sylvanian assistance with the due confidentiality and secrecy.

I will gladly serve as your future liaison for all matters concerning the assistance of the defense of the Revolution in Boliatur. The Jurchen Republic will do its utmost to ease the burden that helping us will no doubt impose on the United Republic, and offer concrete assistance when it comes to transportation if materials or men, should this need arise. To Minister Qu Shiyi,


We here in Sylvania are greatly relieved by your kind acceptance of our offer of assistance. The situation as you are no doubt aware has escalated quite rapidly, though we do not fear the Miroslavan communists or the savage Mezhists, what we do fear is the unneeded escalation of the situation by the Danmark Imperium. Though we knew they had it in them, to see such savage violence and hate, not only through their imperialist actions, but also through their disgusting speeches is quite frightening. Danmark has become quite the threat to the security of not only the Long Sea but to the Implarian and Toyou regions as well. It is only a matter of time before the Danes use their considerable power to bring pain and suffering to whole world. However so as not to take away from our ongoing proposal I shall outline what we intend to do to assist Jurchen in it's march to stabilize Boliatur.

1. The Sylvanian government, through the National Defense Increase Act, can authorize a 1.2 billion dollar loan to the Jurchen Government for military purposes which can be paid back interest free at the end of the conflict.

2. The government and production facilities of Sylvania, now currently rapidly expanding can offer to lend military equipment to Jurchen, equipment that can be returned upon an end of hostilities in Toyou, alternatively should Jurchen wish to retain the equipment, it can be sold at 10% of it's actual market cost.

3. Skilled civilian contractors can be lent as well should Jurchen experience a shortage. Contractors are forbidden from directly partaking in violent activities.

4. We wish to send military observers, if possible, to observe the Jurchen military in action and learn of tactics that may be used to keep ongoing peace in Occidentia should that peace be threatened.

We hope these offers shall be satisfactory, should you wish to amend the offer, we shall attempt to accommodate. Now as for Danmark, it may come to the point where our secret partnership will need to be made public, if we can bring others into the fold we can build an alignment of peaceful, freedom loving nations who can perhaps put sanctions upon the Danish Imperium in an attempt to cull their bloody lust for power. This would be a last resort if the Danes could not be talked out of shedding the blood of millions. Though I think attempting to get the Danes to calm down and negotiate a ceasefire with the nations it has thrown itself on, Sylvania shall continue to attempt to do so, but we shall not do such things forever. It seems, Minister Shiyi, that we must become the models of peace we wish to see in the world. It pains us Sylvanians everyday to see reactionaries like Danmark justify its actions by calling it a "preservation of the Grand Peace." It is nothing more but grand lies.
