The Official Absence and Return from Absence Thread

Been working on research and that invokes interviews with a lot of people, and that's been too exhausting to want to RP afterwards. Transcriptions are easier with AI, but it's not 100% and so it's still time consuming.

I must regrettably drastically (and officially) reduce my expected activity levels here due to a new job, which requires more intensive responsibilities for the foreseeable future. I'm hoping that I'll achieve some sort of rhythm to it that'll allow me to be back soon, but for now, expect me to be in Faux Siesta Mode until further notice.

I had some computer problems last week, because of which I had no access to the internet. Sorry for that.
 
I will be off to NYC this time tomorrow and will be getting drunk on a boat and as many rooftops as I can for a week. Maybe I'll see some protestors I can exchange some pleasantries with :cool:
 
If those are Extinction Rebellion or militant pro-Palestine protesters, you have my blessing.

Flying to Frankfurt... going to have to suffer jet lag, might be a bit inactive for a couple of days. Depends how dead I feel...
