The Republic of Tyskreich will review rapidly deteriorating relations with the Empire of Oikawa and the League of Free States. In protest of their actions in Jurzan, Ballhausplatz will close all embassies over the next five days in all League of Free States nations. The League of Free States stands in hypocrisy with their actions in the world and the mission in the Germanic Freedom State will be reviewed as the Republic of Tyskreich seeks to find a balance in relations with these new developments.

Yiyuan has fallen

Yiyuan. Yiyuan has fallen! The general staff proclaimed the joyful message early in the early morning hours to announce that the capital had completely fallen to coalition forces that had eliminated or scattered all insurgent elements in the capital. More troops were dropped into the city by air, including much needed supplies and heavy gear to prevent the success of any potential rebel counter-attack. Even then, victory in the capital is total and the shame of defeat echoes across the entire country to foreshadow the demise of all rebel elements, wherever they may hide.

In a surprise visit to troops on the ground, His Excellency Yoshikawa praised the soldiers for their committed and brave service in the name of freedom and reaffirmed the intention of the government of His Imperial Majesty to support our fighting men however possible to ensure the absolute victory of the forces of liberty over the Yiyuan Cabal and its henchmen that are still hiding in various corners of the country to prolong the suffering of the people of Jizhou. His Excellency also vowed that additional resources would be made ready for a breakthrough on the southern front to prevent unneeded further suffering of the people of Jizhou under their tyrannical overlords of the now all-but-defunct Yiyuan Cabal.

After the fall of Yiyuan to coalition forces had been announced, rebel elements immediately tried to downplay their defeat by releasing a statement that they were merely "strategically reorganizing" in the face of League of Free States forces. The Yiyuan Cabal, allegedly still led by the traitorous Premier, whom many however suspect to have shamefully fled the country following the failure of his treason or having perished in the righteous fire of allied air strikes on the capital of the Republic of Jizhou in the initial stage of the war, said that it would establish a "war-time capital" in the southern city of Chongbin. While it is obvious that the cabal, now almost entirely destroyed, is trying to cling to power by trying to give a new purpose to its fledging campaign in the South, its fate is inevitable: annihilation!

The Empire pledges Unlimited Support to Ratomkira

Yiyuan. His Excellency has authorized air strikes to be conducted on the terrorist group that claims to have created a state in Northern Ratomkira, stating that the government of His Imperial Majesty sees no reason to negotiate with terrorist elements.

Although strikes are not to begin as of yet to await the Ratomkiran approach to the issue, the Imperial Minister of War and Foreign Affairs made it clear that the Empire of Greater Oikawa would not hesitate for even one moment should the situation require it that lethal force be employed against seditious elements threatening the integrity of the Ratomkiran nation. He also harshly condemned the axis of international Bolshevism for supporting terrorist elements and warned Kilkila not to threaten the carefully crafted atmosphere of regional peace brought about by the reconciliatory and forgiving attitude of Nokanawa towards Vangala and its repeated moves to support seditious elements within the League of Free States, an attitude that was solely motivated by Nokanawa's love for peace and understanding that as the regional hegemon it had to have a "calming" influence on regimes such as the one in Kilkila.

"If needed, Oikawa will take the appropriate steps to ensure regional stability and security. It is for this reason that I call on local components, such as Vangala, to show the utmost restraint and let the League of Free States deal with a League of Free States issue", he said.

While the first combat units will withdraw from Jizhou in the coming weeks to deploy to positions from where they will be able to more efficiently intervene in the case of an escalation in Ratomkira, His Excellency also pledged significant humanitarian relief resources to Ratomkira, including medicine, food, fresh water and mobile generators. Refugee camps would be created in Western Jizhou to prevent a humanitarian catastrophe from emerging following the latest acts of communist terrorism.

The East stands undivided. One front against imperialists and agitators, one front for the vision of Greater East Touyou!

Yiyuan Clique pushed out of Central Tenzing

Yiyuan. Forces loyal to the collapsing Yiyuan Cabal had to withdraw from Central Tenzing according to a message released by the group on their website and forwarded to several media outlets around the world. The message admitted that further resistance in Tenzing was "militarily unwarrantable".

Claiming that military leaders of the coup regime had come to the conclusion that "further resistance in the area would not benefit the efforts of the Jizhou Republic and put civilians in the area at risk", the rebels tried to give their military defeat a humanitarian touch, while coalition forces that had pushed into Tenzing in the past weeks encountered hundreds of incidents of human rights abuses conducted by rebel troops.

While intelligence confirms that the majority of rogue elements had been forced to withdraw into Jizhou proper, which itself is under massive siege by League of Free States forces, small amounts of elements maintain positions in mountainous Eastern Tenzing. Air raids on insurgent positions are being conducted, but leaders on the ground warn that the ultimate eradication of these elements could quite possibly outlast the liberation campaign in Jizhou itself.

Air patrols to be conducted in Northern Ratomkiran Skies

Nokanawa. With the military momentum decisively on the allied side, His Excellency Yoshikawa announced that the air patrols over Tenzing and Western Jizhou would be expanded into Ratomkiran airspace. The Minister of War and Foreign Affairs stated that especially areas currently occupied by communist insurgents would find themselves under increased patrol activity and surveillance in the upcoming weeks. Considering the nature of the area of operations, planes would be fully armed and combat ready while conducting their operations, he added.

In regards to the situation in Ratomkira, His Excellency stressed his unwavering support for whatever methods the Ratomkiran government would utilize to restore law and order across the entire country.

"Ratomkira can count on our support, the government and people can count on our support. There are no limits when it comes to Imperial support for Ratomkiran unity", his Excellency said.

Terrible Crimes in Tenzing Uncovered for all the World to see

Nokanawa. Last remaining doubts about the lack of moral integrity on behalf of the forces of the Yiyuan Clique have beenn cleared up with the latest discoveries in liberated Central Tenzing telling the story of Yiyuan's atrocities in the last hours of its reign of terror in the area. Discovered mass graves suggest that thousands must have fallen prey to the arbitrary assassinations of the henchmen of evil, silenced forever in a cowardly attempt to make sure that Yiyuan would drag those that had been subjugated to the perverse tyranny of its criminal reign to their graves as well.

Meanwhile, installations and documents left behind by the aggressor forces and which luckily could not be destroyed in time, confirm rumors that thousands had been held as political prisoners of the Yiyuan regime during the occupation in cells that sometimes were not bigger than 3x3 meters, but often hosted 50 or more people. These "irregular temporary prisons", as they are titled in official Yiyuan lingo, served as transit stations from where people were then either brought to the mass graves, especially in the last days, or from where they were shipped to Jizhou for further questioning or to serve as hostages- a practice that likely is still being continued to this hour in those areas of the country that could not be liberated by allied forces yet. Even now it is feared that hundreds or even thousands could be in the hands of the Yiyuan remnant centered in Western Jizhou or the other smaller pockets of Yiyuan tyranny in Jizhou that are shrinking in size with every day that passes.

The Imperial Government condemned the conduct by the Yiyuan Clique in strongest terms, calling it a "gross violation of human rights in the most unacceptable dimensions." His Excellency Yoshikawa said that these latest findings strengthened his belief that the liberation efforts conducted in Jizhou were direly needed to safeguard human rights and freedom in all of Greater Touyou. His Excellency also said that he had been in contact with His Imperial Highness, who he said was going to offer his private prayers to the victims of political murder in Tenzing.

The government of Tenzing, which is currently in the process of reorganizing itself under the supervision of allied forces, said that it would begin inquiries and proceed to press charges against collaborates that participated in human rights violations during the Yiyuan occupation. Military police as of Monday had arrested over 200 people that are suspected of having actively participated in ethnic and political cleansing in Tenzing.

Touyou will continue to fight the good fight until all of this continent once more is freed from the disorder and madness brought upon it by the cabal of traitors in Yiyuan!

Imperial Diet voices strong concerns about rising racism

Nokanawa. Following a proposal by Member of the Imperial Diet Hirata Akio, the Imperial Diet today unanimously accepted a motion that strongly condemned the rise of racism in the western world while urging the government to combat the harmful influence of insensible western propaganda.

In his initial presentation of the motion, Hirata stated that there had been a "highly concerning" rise of racist statements and sentiments in western media outlets and societies as of late, citing terminology recently employed in the media of Wiese and Makai that linked the people of Touyou to authoritarian despotism.

"It is very concerning [...] to see that the governments of these nations not only do nothing to prevent these harmful words from finding listeners, but also [...] actively support these quite clearly racist and insulting activities."

Hirata further cited several recent instances of anti-Touyou incidents in western countries such as an ultra-nationalist attack on a Vangalan restaurant in the Cornavian city of Bremerhold, linking these crimes to a neglect in the educational systems of affected countries, which "failed to emphasize the inherent equality of human beings regardless of their color of skin or heritage because of their own cultural insecurities."

After much applause and several further speeches regarding the motion by prominent Diet members, all voicing support for the proposal that had been brought before the body, the Imperial Diet adopted the motion, making a strong statement for all the world to see that the Oikawan Empire would continue to struggle against racism by all available means as it has done in the past and still does.

"Obviously this is not the age of our fathers and grandfathers anymore, this is not the Great War, which was a war against colonialist racism as well. That is a struggle of the past. Nowadays we luckily do not have to resort to force of arms anymore to free our fellow men from the disgusting plague of racist oppression, but we still have to fight, fight with our minds and our words to remind the western world again and again that their debt is not payed yet, that racism is not destroyed yet, and that there has to be a continued effort to root out sentiments of hatred and intolerance", Hirata remarked.

The government, too, put its weight behind the motion and vowed to work to the best of its ability to ensure that the will of the Imperial Diet would find its way into governmental policy. A spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that they would encourage embassies abroad to expand upon their cultural programs and to proactively work against racism in their respective countries.

On Behalf of the Sinhai Union

We would like to echo the sentiments of the esteemed Imperial Diet, and have likewise noticed the rise of western racism towards the Oriental peoples of not only Toyou, but Serindia as well. This intolerance of people based on generalizations and misconceptions of history is offensive to regimes which represent such noble people such as the Sinese Union, which has strived against the yoke of tyranny and continues to struggle to forge a democracy. We wish to show our solidarity with our Eastern brothers, and combat this phenomena of rising intolerance in Western "democracy".

Like the Sinhai Union we also fully agree with the Imperial Diet. The notion that the westerners have superiority feelings towards the people of Touyou and Serindia is truly a fact. We must indeed combat this dangerous, but sadly ever-growing, disease of the mind with all the resources at our disposal.

The Commonwealth government wishes to correct the sentiments expressed in the Oikawan media by asserting that the legally mandated basic primary and secondary education offered to all Cornavian citizens, as well as voluntary tertiary education, are designed with the highest academic standards and every requirement of a democratic, pluralist and multicultural society kept in mind.

In addition, the Ministry on External Affairs conveys to members of the international community concerned about the occurence in Bremerholm that the said incident is being investigated by the Bremerholm Police Service as arson with intent of bodily harm and the persons responsible will be prosecuted by the Canton of Western Crownland.

Army warns of impending humanitarian crisis in Jizhou

Yiyuan. Even as fighting on the ground continues and elements of the Yiyuan Remnant continue to show bitter but futile resistance against the League of Free States liberators, there is a disaster after the disaster in the making, with fears of a massive humanitarian crisis emerging in Jizhou in the foreseeable future.

More precisely, General Kawamoto, who is responsible for organizing the supply of all Imperial forces on the ground in Jizhou, has warned that with the agriculture sector of Jizhou devastated and the country's infrastructure in shambles, consequences could be severe in the rapidly approaching winter.

"We are talking wide-spread famine, we are talking diseases..we are talking a scenario that could see millions exposed to conditions that are entirely intolerable. The Yiyuan clique knows this and is playing into these sentiments, it is playing on time, hoping to gather sympathies while downplaying its own role in the humanitarian disaster that is threatening to develop here. They are destroying roads, stealing crops..and there is little we can do until we have pacified the entire country", he was quoted.

The government announced that it would consider opening the borders of the Special Administrative Oversea Districts to a limited number of refugees to ensure the wellbeing and safety of women, children and the elderly, "if possible". The Imperial Army said that it would also seek to rebuild destroyed infrastructure in Jizhou, but that it would become increasingly difficult to ensure construction in areas still affected by combat operations as the winter drew closer and daylight hours became fewer.

"While we want to help the people of Jizhou, while we want to ensure that everyone gets enough to eat, drink and has access to proper and adequate medical treatment, we cannot put our men at risk by allowing them to work on infrastructure projects after nightfall in areas that are plagued by Yiyuan partisan problems. We have repeatedly called for the Yiyuan Clique to cooperate with us in this matter for the sake of the civilian population, but unfortunately all our offers have been turned down, with the victims of this political ignorance being the people of Jizhou", Kawamoto remarked on the problems the pacification forces were facing on the ground.

A cabinet meeting regarding the issue of civilian wellbeing in Jizhou is scheduled for Sunday.

The impending humanitarian crisis in Jizhou is something that concerns us greatly. We would like to assist in protecting the well being of civilians and assist in rebuilding the devastated agricultural sector.

The Kingdom has been asked to convey the sentiments of the Blue Cross Society of Belmont, which wishes to send a team to Jizhou. The BCSB remains eager to help in any way possible to alleviate the sufferings of the people of Jizhou.

The rightist nation of Belmont is immediately willing to rush to the aid of a reclaimed LFS puppet state, but remains completely blind for the humanitarian crisis that is already taking place in the neighbouring region that is Ratomkira.

Investments by the Belmontian industry and the cooperation of the Belmontian government are highly appreciated by both the governments of the Republic of Jizhou as well as the Empire of Greater Oikawa.

Military authorities on the ground have also informed us that the Blue Cross will be free to operate in Jizhou, though its members will be assigned a personal security team for their own safety in combat areas.

Kawayama race sees challenger victorious

Kawayama City. The final results of the elections in Kawayama Prefecture are now in, with challenger Fukushima Kentaro leading incumbent Yamamura Takeshi with 58% to 42%.

This result now ends a hotly contested two months campaign that saw allegations of tax fraud and lobbyism being raised against Yamamura and a campaign in the local media that was unprecedented in scale, with both of the candidates running excessive campaigns in all local newspapers and tv channels. Fukushima, who with his 45 years is significantly younger than 62 years old Yamamura, had promised voters a "new course" and "modern politics for a modern people, while sticking to traditional values such as discipline and honesty". Voter turnout was high, with 82% of eligible voters participating in an election that had been highly polarized in advance.

In his first address to the public after the announcement of his victory, Fukushima thanked assembled supporters for their assistance during the race and vowed to upheld campaign promises of fiscal responsibility and standing up for the local economic community.

"I thank the people of Kawayama for their trust and for considering me the right choice to represent their opinions in the Imperial Diet. It has been a long way, but the road ahead will be even longer. It will take dedication and perseverance to stand up for our issues in Nokanawa, and I am willing to give it all."

Defeated Yamamura on his part issued a statement to the public as well, acknowledging his defeat.

"The people of Kawayama have spoken and I intend to respect their decision. While the allegations levied against me by my opponent were less than honorable, it is my sincere wish that he will represent Kawayama well and make the decisions that are needed in this country for the betterment of all our lives."

Fukushima will immediately replace Yamamura in the Imperial Diet - as a relatively small prefecture, Kawayama has but one representative, even though its high-tech cluster is a key driving-force behind the Oikawan economy. Due to its low taxes and electronics sector friendly legislation, Kawayama has steadfastly developed since the 60s when the former mining area embarked on the road to economic reforms under long-time Member of the Imperial Diet Honda Katsu, who passed away in 2002 at the age of 93.

Fukushima also announced that he would quit his position as a member of the board of Mitsurugi Heavy Industries to avoid allegations of bias. Yamamura on his part is said to be in discussions about a future involvement with Kaito Electronics, his former employer.

On behalf of His Imperial Majesty, Jozef III Kościałkowsky, called the Great and Pious; and on behalf of the free and proud citizen-subjects of his glorious Empire, it is my extreme pleasure to express our genuine approval and support for our honorable Oikawan allies in their continued quest for a more perfect government.

As has always been the case, and as it certainly is now- the Empire of Greater Oikawa serves as a beacon for righteousness and wisdom in the realm of governance, a constant and unyielding force for stability in this fallen world. Where much is made of the "Occidental" model of "democracy," we find that the truer version of that noble philosophy stems from the example set by Oikawa, where civic duty and self-sacrifice, respect for morality and tradition, and filial piety are the operational imperatives- rather than the anarchic, hedonistic self-service that defines the "Occidental" model.

Many a nation would do well to reexamine the political mechanism of the venerable Greater Oikawan Empire, to the betterment of their own societies, and the world at large.

Five arrested after illegal trespassing of Aryānā border

Faladan. Five men have been arrested by Aryānān authorities after they were caught while attempting to trespass across the Aryānān-Barazi border, a spokesperson for the Aryānā National Border Guard stated in front of representatives of the press earlier this morning.

The five men between the age of 23 and 41 were arrested on charges of illegal border crossing as well as weapon smuggling. The Aryānā National Border Guard stated that the men had attempted to cross the border in a minivan stocked with small arms of Ziv and Oikawan origin as well as several explosives at a hilly and sparely populated part of the common border between the two states. All of them were said to be Barazi nationals. The men are currently held in the city of Falabar, the province capital of Karaj, for further questioning and court proceedings.

"There have been several attempts of border crossings from the Barazi side in the past months, especially since the beginning of the occupation of the country by foreign forces, but this was the first time that there had been an attempt of an armed breech of our borders, potentially with the intend of causing violent terroristic harm. It is a threat that we are taking very seriously and which we will of course handle with all the appropriate caution and sensitivity this issue requires", the spokesperson continued to elaborate on the issue. The names of the suspects would be withheld for the moment in light of the ongoing investigations.

"Of course this is a worrisome development not only for our friends in Aryānā but also for us here in Nokanawa, as it means that there has been a potential attempt to directly harm the interests and assets of a League of Free States signatory state. We will closely cooperate with the authorities in Faladan to come to a solution in regards to this problem", His Excellency Yoshikawa stated pertaining the issue.

"Self-evidently we will also have to ask Barazi authorities to cooperate in this matter and make sure that such trespassing will not happen again in the future. The Empire and its allies of course have no intents of interfering with the domestic affairs of another country, but if these domestic affairs cause nations in the neighborhood to be affected as well for whatever reasons, it is the understanding of this government that steps ought to be taken as to avoid misunderstandings and feelings of endangerment."

The Transpurgistani Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that it would increase troop presence at the border to Barazi in light of the latest developments, while the Sarmatian Republic urged for caution in the matter and announced its intention to count on the professionalism of the Barazi authorities until such a point in time when different measures would be required to ensure the integrity of the nation's borders.

Sher Legion honored for service during the Great War

Kawasaki. The Sher Legion was today, more then 60 years after the end of the Great War, honored in the southern city of Kawasaki for their service to the Emperor and Pan-Touyou Freedom.

The Sher Legion was a special group of volunteers from Vangala that had assembled under a common banner to fight for the visions of Pan-Touyouism and that thought to end both communist as well as western enslavement of the continent of Touyou by their personal contribution to the military liberation efforts.

Permission to form an own unit under the supervision of the Oikawan Imperial Army was granted in September 1943, and over 7500 individuals of Vangalan background fought in the unit till the end of the war, distinguishing themselves with their undying commitment to the Oikawan vision for Touyou and their bravery in battle. Members of the unit contributed to several key campaigns in Jizhou, Kyiv, Dravidpur and even in Vangala, where members of the legion sought to prevent the fall of their homeland to the corrupting influence of communist agitation.

After their homeland had fallen to the forces of barbarism, the vast majority of members opted to continue fighting the Vangalan regime that had rooted itself in the country out of liberated Touyou by means of political and social activism, while others began to wage a highly successful guerilla campaign against the communist regime, benefiting both from the support of the people as well as the experience they had won during the Great War. Only when western support for the Vangalan regime made further operations in the country difficult to maintain did the Sher Legion cease its activities on occupied Vangala.

A monument to the members of the unit was today revealed at the event in Kawasaki, showing several Sher legionists in their military dress and with their trademark elephant-displaying berets loyally defending a flag of Free Vangala that, while pierced by several bullets, still defiantly waves above a machine gun nest. Kawasaki hosted the training facilities and base from where operations on the mainland where conducted - the city having been chosen due to the close proximity to Jizhou and thus easy accessibility by airlift.

The mayor of Kawasaki, Murakawa Osachi, praised the men of the Sher Legion in his speech, calling them "an integral part of our local history, a history which we are all proud of and which we now proudly show for all the world to see". Several surviving veterans of the unit also attended the inauguration of the monument, visibly moved by the event.

"It brings back memories, fond memories..I am proud to have served with these men. I regret nothing", one of the veterans was quoted as saying.

The honouring of the criminal Bagha Legion, a grouping of traitors responsible for countless atrocities, is an affront to the survivors of the Great War and Vangala's struggle for independence and has damaged relations between the People's Republic and the Oikawan Empire. The Oikawan Ambassador in Kilkila has been summoned to explain this deeply offensive act.

The honoring of infamous war criminals is an atrocity to all of Europe. Oikawas tendency towards historic revisionism remains appalling.
