After quietly conferring with King Charles, Duc de Choiseul once again addresses the assembled with a proposal.

"May I make a suggestion, instead of a Fancophone Union, which has not existed since the days of Emperor Charles I, but rather a Francophone Co-op, in which a council is formed, made up of representatives of the Frankish nations in which ongoing discussions can be held and projects organized that are beneficial to all, such as the Champlain Canal has been, as well as establishing better trade agreements and regulate travel, which in the long run, can bring our nations closer. A Council of Francophone Cooperation will allow agreements to be negotiated on a case-by-case basis and in such a way they will not conflict with nations' pre-existing international commitments"
