@Coro - The New Britain/Old Britain thing would have worked had there been any IC connection between the two, but there's not. I don't like the colors idea, the others aren't bad (though inaccurate as I'm not a Union or a Federation). Perhaps Kingdom of Britain? Though we don't usually keep those designations in our username.

I don't want a new name entirely, too much change.

Well I dropped the "Empire" ages ago. Just plain "Britain" is what we're considering now. I know what you mean as far as keeping things interesting (and just using something as generic as "Britain" is not very exciting) but I'm caught between making a change to a better name while keeping the change small.
