Aren't you involved in a mobilization conflict with Sikandara already? If I were you I would be worried about devoting the time to a second nation, especially in a reasonably active area - if you really wanted to do a second nation, having it in a less active / conflict heavy area would probably be wisest.

Gallia is still having a war? Hmm... well in that case maybe Belmont can this time be a former protectorate of Cantignia in Himyar? What about Spot H1, the one next to Frescania. Because let's be frank, these days not many bits of the map are free of conflict Or perhaps you could suggest something.

I'd suggest playing Sikandara, second nations are alright but you have to starve one to feed the other in most cases: Saraar / Tyrrhenia for example. Both good nation ideas, but when one is active the other suffers. If Norse was only playing Vangala right now I'd think the Sikandara mobilizing its troops would be more of a to-do, but he's also got a very good nation in Cathiopia to keep up with.

If you really want to do it though: Cantignia already has a prospective historical colony situation in the East coming soon, and the Beautancus/Sylvania area - I do not want to get to the point where it's first world colony spam of Cantignia everywhere around the world. I'd suggest pairing with a Transabina or Bourgogne in Himyar so those nations/players also have ties to things throughout the map.
