The Baldwin-Whitehall Port Authority has been notified of the incoming shipment and has scheduled a dock for unloading. Ivernian Naval Escort will rendezvous with the destroyer URS Thunderous and hand off escort.

The Ivernian Ambassador shall arrive in Charleroi prior to the agreed ship date, accommodations will be provided upon arrival. Documentation signing and payment shall be handled at the Defense Department by myself and a Congressional observer. Future shipping dates will be agreed upon at document signing.

It has come to our attention that the Ivernian Aerospace Industry is not only producing a Jet Fighter they have named the "Gloster Meteor" but are offering to sell this highly advanced and dangerous weapon to any government that turns up with sufficient cash. Whilst normally the arms industry of third-rate capitalist powers do not concern us, it has become apparent that the Jet Fighter advertised in your sales catalogue under the aforementioned name is in fact, clearly a derivation of the Havenite Red Comet Jet Fighter, a vehicle that many millions of credits was spent on developing over many years under the strictest of secrecy. For Ivernia to have obtained so uncanny a resemblance is clearly something suspicious. We ask the Ivernian executives of Aodh-Mor and the Department of Defence to account for this discrepency.

I can assure you that the Gloster Meteor and the Red Comet Jet Fighter were indeed developed independently. To give you a brief history the Gloster Meteor was developed almost immediately after the great engineers at Aodh-Mór Research and Projects Dept developed the Jet engine for Ivernia.
The Gloster Meteor is a simple full metal plane with low wings and a high vertical tail wing (to accommodate for exhaust) with a jet engine on both wings. The design is simple and frugal and the Aodh-Mór Corporation has since surpassed this design.
In short my argument is this: After we developed our first jet engine we then set about making the most simple plane to hold the engines. After many prototypes this design was seen to be the most effective. This is how we came about this design and I assure you your engineers simply came to the same conclusion. Many countries develop similar planes simply because their engineers all strive to make the most aerodynamic and structurally sound design.
Chairman Steele, the Ivernian Aerospace Industry is the largest industry in Ivernia and I guarantee you every credit you spend on your aerospace industry Ivernia spends ten. All research is independent unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To be frank I personally have never even heard of your Havenite Red Comet Jet Fighter until your notice of plagiarism. We cannot keep up to date with every nations Aerospace industry especially if they keep their work under wraps.

And finally Chairman, if you take umbrage at this corporation's foreign policy of military arms trading I must remind you the Aodh-Mór Corporation is semi-state owned and so you must take this policy up with the head of state of Ivernia, Holy Emperor Felix Uí Neill.

I do hope potential business relations have not been soured by this mishap and you consider the Aodh-Mór Corporation for all your military grade fixed wing aircraft in the future.

STATUS: Documentation has already been signed between representatives of each state prior to the order. All Governmental arrangements have been made.

The ''Licence to Produce'' the AME YB-49 Banshee

has been accepted by the Aodh-Mór Corporation and the Senate and the High King of Ivernia.

As such, The Mezhist now has the right to produce, using the shematics and technologies developed by the Aodh-Mór Corporation, the AME YB-49 Banshee.
The Mezhist Union's Licence is a ''Full Production Licence'' allowing them to produce the Banshee for their own domestic market as they please, and as many as they please.

Any improvements/adaptations made to the original schematics, the Aodh-Mór Corporation must be warned, as it voids the warranty. If any altercations are made within the Mezhist Union the Aodh-Mór Corporation is no longer liable for the safety and quality of that product.

The Aodh-Mór Corporation reserves the right to request the 'Licence to Produce' on any altercation made by Malek Aeronautics upon the origional schematics.

Please be aware that if the plane is altercated to the point where it can be declared a new model the Aodh-Mór Corporation will lose the right to demand a 'licence to produce' upon the upgrade as the product will be considered an original product of Swiecziema. However note that as no longer considered a product of the Aodh-Mór Corporation it will have to pay premium for servicing and maintenence, and no warrenty or liability shall be awarded to the product by the Aodh-Mór Corporation.

The Aodh-Mór Corporation shall immediately send


  • A fully functioning YB-49 Banshee
  • Parts, especially parts of the more important areas of the build.
  • Equipment to build/repair/maintain the product
  • Full un-censored un-edited schematics to the YB-49 Banshee
  • Full un-censored un-edited schematics to the necessary equipment to build/repair/maintain the product.
  • Official Documents allowing the Mezhist Union to Produce and own the YB-49 Banshee
  • 10 Aeronautical Engineers from the Aodh-Mór Corporation shall be sent to oversee the initial constructions and train the Malek Aeronautical Engineers/Technicians in it's Construction/Repair/Maintenence
  • 2 teams of 7 Pilots (14 total) from the Aodh-Mór Corporation to train two teams of Swieczieman Pilots of 7 (14 total) in the correct use/flight/operation of the YB-49 Banshee

The Terms and Conditions regarding payment shall be dealt with by the respective Governments of Ivernia and the Mezhist Union and are not privy to public knowledge.

We at Malek Aeronautics, in conjunction with the Malek Aeronautics Coalition, wish to purchase a license of production for your newly-developed jet-powered combat fighter designated AME-100 "Shimmering Eagle". As a fellow leader in aeronautics, Malek recognises the significant range advantage posed by the Shining Eagle's design in comparison to our own Ma-262 G. Thus, we have recognised the superior engineering and design behind the AME-100, and wish to manufacture it for use in the Mezhist Air Force under the designation Ma-263 A "Krogulec", in order to supplement our own more modestly-ranged indigenous designs, at a production rate of 140 units per year. We have been authorised to write a blank cheque to secure the purchase of the license, and will agree to its attached terms.

The ''Licence to Produce'' the AME-100 Shimmering Eagle.

has been accepted by the Aodh-Mór Corporation and the Senate and the High King of Ivernia.

As such, The Mezhist Union now has the right to produce, using the schematics and technologies developed by the Aodh-Mór Corporation, the AME-100 Shimmering Eagle. The Mezhist Union's Licence is a ''Full Production Licence'' allowing them to produce the AME-100 for their own domestic market as they please, and as many as they wish.

Any improvements/adaptations made to the original schematics, the Aodh-Mór Corporation must be warned, as it voids the warranty. If any altercations are made within the Mezhist Union the Aodh-Mór Corporation is no longer liable for the safety and quality of that product.

The Aodh-Mór Corporation reserves the right to request the 'Licence to Produce' on any altercation made by Malek Aeronautics upon the original schematics.

Please be aware that if the plane is altercated to the point where it can be declared a new model the Aodh-Mór Corporation will lose the right to demand a 'licence to produce' upon the upgrade as the product will be considered an original product of Swiecziema. However note that as no longer considered a product of the Aodh-Mór Corporation it will have to pay premium for servicing and maintenence, and no warrenty or liability shall be awarded to the product by the Aodh-Mór Corporation.

The Aodh-Mór Corporation shall immediately send



  • A fully functioning AME-100 Shimmering Eagle
  • Parts, especially parts of the more important areas of the build.
  • Equipment to build/repair/maintain the product
  • Full un-censored un-edited schematics to the AME-100 Shimmering Eagle
  • Full un-censored un-edited schematics to the necessary equipment to build/repair/maintain the product.
  • Official Documents allowing the Mezhist Union to Produce and own the AME-100 Shimmering Eagle
  • 10 Aeronautical Engineers from the Aodh-Mór Corporation shall be sent to oversee the initial constructions and train the Malek Aeronautical Engineers/Technicians in it's Construction/Repair/Maintenence
  • 2 teams of 2 Pilots (4 total) from the Aodh-Mór Corporation to train two teams of Swieczieman Pilots of 2 (4 total) in the correct use/flight/operation of the AME-100 Shimmering Eagle

The Aodh-Mór Corporation expects full secrecy and fidelity when handling and storing the un-censored un-edited schematics and designs of the vehicle.

The Terms and Conditions regarding payment shall be dealt with by the respective Governments of Ivernia and the Mezhist Union and are not privy to public knowledge.

One of the latest enterprises to which the All-Attreyan Federal Republic has decidedly begun to commit itself to is the development of our national infrastructure, this naturally including our aerial infrastructure. Given the great size of our republic, it has been deemed of paramount importance that aerial transportation be available as a viable alternative or option to those of motorized or rail-bound transit. As it stands, the All-Attreyan Federal Republic is greatly lacking in anything like an air force--both civilian and military, with only a few battered colonial-era recon planes and a single airstrip at Port République being the entirety of it.

As such, the federal government is prepared to offer the following contract to Nemedia Corporation, in lieu of domestic contractors with similar qualifications or experience:

  • The construction of sixteen functional airstrips (with complementary hangar facilities) at specific locations throughout the country. These ought to be able to accommodate, at the least, the E-003 type cargo plane.
  • The construction of five functional airship towers/refueling points at specific locations throughout the country. These ought to be able to accommodate the Airship Class 3.
  • The purchase of twenty-seven E-003 type cargo planes, sixteen E-006 transport planes, four Bluebird 190s, and two Bluebird 195s.
  • The purchase of three class 3 airships.
  • Further, the federal government has interest in whether or not it would be possible for the modification of the Bluebirds to be capable of landing on water. Given the marshy and wet terrain of Attreyu, it would be of great interest to have a number of such planes for use by police and military forces. If the modifications are possible, the federal government is prepared to purchase up to fifty of this variant of plane.
  • Additionally, the federal government would be interested in contracting with the Nemedia Corporation to provide for the training of Attreyan pilots for each of the plane types as well as the airships.

If necessary, we are prepared to negotiate on any of these points.

The Nemedia Corporation also agrees to the construction of sixteen (16) airstrips to the specifications and locations provided by the Attreyan Republic. While The Attreyan Republic may request if it wishes for a native workforce to be used for construction (Which the Nemedia Corp. recommends) The Nemedia Corp. Strongly recommends that Ivernish Contractors are used to supervise and organise the construction. Several Contractors are on the Nemedia Corp. Roll and have years of experience building high quality airstrips in Ivernia.

The construction of Airship towers is a standard practice of the Nemedia Corp in which we have a half of a century of experience. In the specified locations the towers shall be built by Nemedia Corp Mechanics however local assistance (For example in logistics and shipping) will be required.

The Nemedia Corp. can make the modifications to the Bluebird 190 regarding amphibious upgrades and shall do so, however recognise that with any modification the time and price may increase for the product. The Attreyan Republic can send a quick message agreeing to our ability to modify and we can increase the production number as stated.

We do hope that these dates are satifactory to you, and you know that Nemedia Corp. is extremely stringent when it comes to quality and safety, and no plane leaves our factory unless it is to our highest standard.

We do hope that the Republic of Attreyu is not only pleased with this purchase, but also considers the High Kingdom of for more of it's Aeronautical needs and services.

The Nemedia Corporation would be pleased to send trainer pilots for the Class-3 Airship, and will send a team of four (4) trainer airship pilots from the Commonwealth Air Airline from the Ivernish Himyari Commonwealth to perform the service.
