We must give thanks to our friends in Kadikistan and Serenierre for their tireless support in our righteous struggle against the twin evils of Prometheism and Fascism without our fellow Marxists we would once again slaves in our own nation. However our struggle is not yet over we still have a long difficult road ahead to peace, even now reactionaries from across the world are attempting to strangle our republic in its infancy but fear not comrades for our triumph is inevitable, nothing on this earth can stop the power of the workers when they are united as one".

The declaration of the Constitution was not universally well received in the newly formed Workers Republic, many Serazinists were bitter about their lack of involvement in the creation of the Constitution and at the virtual monopoly that the Kadikistani influenced Marxists had over the country.

To mark the Constitution the Red League released dozens of prisoners, including Journalists and several leading members of the clergy.

We will stand by our friends and do everything within our power to properly guide this youngest nation into the international community. The Workers Republic of Borovanger has joined the ranks of nations such as Kadikistan, Cumbria, Calidia and Milesia in choosing the path of modernity and progress rather than that of reaction and imperial restoration.

We invite our Serenierrese friend to follow the example of their fellow revolutionary states and show the world that the communist movement is united in their support for proletarian justice."

The reason we do this is because our nation believes it is the right of all peoples to decide their own fate and this is the fate the people of Borovanger have chosen, people can only be free if they desire to be free. Although we do not share the values the new government of Borovanger has chosen to follow we hope that the nation of Borovanger can have success as it moves forward into a new chapter.

The free people of Cumbria, still fighting against the reactionary-corporatist-prometheist forces, like our brothers from Borovanger, publicly congratulate the comrades for their political and legal victory in creating a constitution for a free, workers' republic. The time has come for the peoples of the world to stand united in their fight for liberation and to accept that their destiny leads to a people's, not a nobility's world. We hope that the Borovanger people will see how close their struggle is to the Cumbrian one and that in the future we may stand by each other, especially now in this time of need.
