To whom it may concern

The Imperial Government and His Imperial Majesty offer their most sincere condolences to the people of Bolonesvia, who have suffered once more from the brutality of Marxism-Leninovism's blind followers. With that in mind, we act upon this opportunity to congratulate the President of the Republic for his personnal bravery and persistence in outlawing this heinous ideology and all the hate and destruction it stands for. We reiterate our call to the nations of the world to stand united in the face of Marxism-Leninovism's onslaught.
