The High Kingdom of Ivernia is pleased to have received responses from our partners within the Tripartite Agreement and will now voice the opinion of the Senate as it stands so far:

''This Senate has decided that at this time it does not support Military Interaction. The Germanian Congress has the support of the High Kingdom of Ivernia however military interference in the region could have severe consequences for our relations with the Germanic nations that surround Danmark. These Germanic nations for example Eiffleland, Potenza, Nichtstein or even Franken. It would be best at this time to not introduce more weaponry into the situation and potentially add fuel to the fire of conflict on central southern Germania at this time. It is the belief of this Senate that we should push for aide towards all refugees publicly while calling for a ceasefire and a meeting of heads to discuss long term plans for Danmark's future from both sides of the fight. However we are open to discussion - also whether or not we should prepare for the talks to fail or never occur at all and draw up contingency plans.

This is serious situation in central southern Germania and is quite simply too dangerous to the stability of the entire Germanian Continent politically and economically to ignore.''

The Continental Congress is in agreement to the suggestions from the Ivernian Senate. Even at a stage of civil war the Danish fleet remains a powerful opponent that would no doubt take all three of our nations to counter. While we support the Germanian Congress, a shipment of weapons or even money would most likely be intercepted by the Danes and spark an international crisis. It is our recommendation that while we are still experiencing the youth of this Tripartite Agreement, that we remain at peace as long as possible and focus on strengthening what we already posses. Support of a moderate King or Queen to take the Danish crown is our best option. A strategy of containment is our final suggestion, a conflict with the Danes at this stage is not feasible, though keeping them within their bubble is. As a side note, intelligence reports are showing an increase in aviation related activity within and around the Danish Faeroes, it is possible that they have resumed high altitude intelligence gathering near the Sylvanian Homeland, the Army Air Corps remains at a heightened alert at this time.

It would be an Austwegian concern as to how exactly such an advantageous plan could be arrived at. The High Kingdom of Ivernia has taken note of the opinions of Her Majesty's Government and the Continental Congress. A rough list of opinions so far has been drawn up by the Prince-Elector David Mac Sweeney for our Senate to respond to:
No nations of the Tripartite support military action or arms delivery to the Germanian Congress due to: Fears of aggravating neighbouring nations of Danmark, of aggravating the powerful military of Danmark itself (Especially in these tumultuous times), of destabilising the south central Germanian economy, of overstretching the capabilities of the Tripartite Agreement so soon into inception.
Humanitarian aid is recommend by all nations of the agreement as well as a discreet readying of arms in case of containment measures. Information was relayed on increased Danish aviation movement in the Danish Faroes. Her Majesty's Government of Østveg would be able to support the creation of a ''moderate monarch'' of Danmark and suggested the use of a member of one of the High Kingdom of Ivernia's Noble Houses.

The Senate of Ivernia is prepared to agree with the plans of no military involvement (At least for the time being) while a contingency plan is drawn up discreetly. Humanitarian aid shall be given by the High Kingdom of Ivernia to those who need it from both sides of the conflict.

The Senate of Ivernia would support the idea of a ''moderate monarch'' if the idea was found to help stop the crises. The High Kingdom would do all it could to support the plan.
If a member of one of the Ivernish noble houses was found to be in a viable position to be installed on the Danish throne - and a noble was willing - then the High Kingdom of Ivernia would allow this process to happen. If the Senate was to make a suggestion a member of House Mac Sweeney, a Norse Gaelic family with long ties to Danmark would be the simplest and most familiar option to the Danes (From Ivernia at least).

The Senate of Ivernia shall make a call specifically for an end to violence, a ceasefire, and a meeting of heads of both the Germanian Congress and the Kingdom of Danmark. The High Kingdom of Ivernia - with long personal experience of a nation existing peacefully in modern times with a prominent German minority with which there has been conflict in our history - would be willing to mediate these talks.

The Continental Republic under the authority of the Continental Congress and the Executive will continue to support the members of the Tripartite Agreement in attempting to find a moderate option to the Danish Monarchy, we support the option of a Ivernish choice being put forward, we support the creation of a contingency plan and a continuation of our buildup of our respective military forces. However, the Continental Congress cannot put forward to the people of Sylvania the supply of humanitarian aid to the Danish and German Danish people, in this case we are still to close to the flaring of sour relations between the Continental Republic and the Danish Imperium. We will instead choose to leave humanitarian donations to the other members of this Agreement. As we have said before, the Continental Republic feels this time is best used making the Tripartite Agreement and our sea alliance stronger and unbreakable.

The Continental Republic has suffered an attack upon our civilian shipping in the Implarian Ocean, Yujin privateers have been found as the perpetrators of this vile act against out economic freedom. We thank the Kingdom of Østveg for assisting us in finding the culprits and commend them on their protection of international trade in the Implarian so far. Despite these efforts it was not enough and the Continental Congress has authorized limited action within the confines of eradicating piracy from the Implarian Ocean. I write because it is the opinion of my government that this is a great oppurtunity to begin working together, as the member nations of the Tripartite Agreement, to keep the seas safe from these dangerous pirates. The Yujin Civil war must not be allowed to spill out into the Implarian in the form of these privateers. Currently the Continental Navy is forming a task force to begin patrolling and rooting out these pirates wherever they may hide, we ask that the other nations in this agreement turn what once was an induvidual effort into a multinational mission of economic safety.

The High Kingdom of Ivernia fully condemns these acts of piracy occurring in the Implarian and supports the Continental Congress's idea of a combined movement of the Triparte Agreement to combat and dissuade Yujiner piracy. The rehabilitation and reconstruction of the economy of Cantignia is of paramount importance to this Triparte. If we wish to maintain access to this part of the world we must insure strong and healthy democracy's are maintained.

However, while the Kingdom of Østveg has already established itself protecting Cantignian trade and Sylvania is no doubt about to lend assistance the High Kingdom does not have the Navy power to exert force upon the Implarian Ocean. At least unassisted. The High Kingdom of Ivernia is willing to lend support in other ways then sending deep water battle ships we do not have.

We are pleased to find the nations of the Tripartite Agreement agreeable to what must be done in the Implaria-Oceania region. The Continental Congress already authorizing the use of force against Yujiner pirates and whatever foreign supporters they may have are in agreement that we must take this fight to the safe ports of harbor these pirates use; with that knowledge in hand it is the suggestion of the Continental Congress that are task force of Sylvania ships be attached to the Austwegian effort and under an Austwegian supreme command purely on the basis that the Royal Navy has already laid the ground work for an operation to be undertaken. The Continental Navy is also willing to allow a select number of Ivernian service members to serve under the banner of the Continental Republic to make this a truly international effort and to allow Austwegian, Sylvanian and Ivernian sailors and officers to become comfortable with working with each other. A task force of twenty ships has been put together and will steam out sea to meet the Austwegian Royal Navy and conduct anti-piracy operations. This task force will consist of one aircraft carrier, two submarines, five heavy cruisers, eight destroyers and four refueling tankers.

It is our duty, under the stipulations of the Tripartite Agreement to inform your government that the Continental Republic of Sylvania intends on liberating Faroe Island from its new owners. The Continental Republic does not recognize the sale of the island to the Mezhists nor does it believe that it is the Mezhist Union's intent on letting the people of the island to form their government under Mezhists military protection, we also do not believe that this is an attempt at setting up a "free economic zone" as the Union has claimed. Indeed, the Mezhists are attempting to pull a veil over the eyes of the international community while they work their nefarious goals near the heartlands of Occidentia. We ask that your government, as a valued ally, join with us should a wider conflict arise. We cannot allow the Mezhists to build an empire that spans the globe, they have expanded conflict in Yujin and they will surely enslave and exploit the people of the Faroes, guiding them via military coercion to do as they please. As free nations, we must stand against this obvious attempt to expand the empire of the Mezhist Union and the empire of Fascism as a whole.

The High Kingdom of Ivernia is in agreement with the Continental Republic of Sylvania. Ivernia does not recognise this purchase of Danish land and Danish people, and shall shall support Sylvania fully in moving to bring a stop to the spread of Mezhism and oppression to Occidentia. This includes, if neccessary, a level of commitment stronger then when we stood with Sylvania and Ostveg in the Implarian Sea against Yujiner piracy.
We should note however that in light of this new movement the Ivernish Senate plans to bring to an end it's activity in the Implarian Sea in order not to overstretch Ivernish armed forces.

With the lack of a stable Danish Government the protection of the Faroes from Mezhist Imperialism must be stopped by the free loving democratic peoples of the world.

If I may be frank, I personally hold the entire ''purchase'' in a very doubtful light. With no proper Danish Government even existing, and with the rising authority of the new ''Germanic Congress'' I suspect underhanded play from the Mezhist Union simply declaring they ''bought'' the Faroes or perhaps Gothic Fascist sympathizers within Danmark taking advantage of the chaos.

The High Kingdom of Ivernia wishes to write this for both the Continental Republic of Sylvania and the Kingom of Ostveg to read and this communique shall be sent identically to both states and fellow members of the Tripartite Agreement. The High Kingom of Ivernia would like to congratulate the Continental Republic of Sylvania and by extension the nation of Beautancus for their stalward efforts in the repelling of Mezhism from spreading to Occidentia. What Ivernia miscontrued as a benign force, has still yet been repelled by co-ordinated action of local democratic nations. The High Kingdom has spoken publicly in support of your actions.

The High Kingdom of Ivernia would like to find an agreed consensus between the Tripartite Agreement on these two situations before they develop any further. The High Kingdom hopes that one unified approach can be achieved as to follow the ideals of the Tripartite as a unified front of democratic nations in our world.

The ''November Revolution'' in the Republic of Auraria
The High Kingdom of Ivernia has recommened that the former government leave Auraria temporarily as they have stated their lives were at risk in their home nation. We have also taken check of our capabilities of international influence and so would be unlikely to act upon this situation as a lone force.

The Taketoriite Insurgency in Oikawa.
As you may be aware the Taketoriite is believed to be responsible for the destruction of the embassy district in Nokanawa and the death of many international citizens and diplomats. The High Kingdom is sure that the Tripartite agrees that such an atrocious attack on international law means the Taketoriite Insurgency and those who are responsible must come to punishment. The High Kingdom will likely contact the Constitutional State of Touzen in the mist of this civil war for a co-ordinated effort.

To David MacSweeney and Kristin Haavi,

Firstly I would like to thank you for both of your government's continuing support during these times of distress and unknowing. When plans were drawn up to begin an invasion of the islands back when the spying scandal came about it was always our intention to liberate the island, minimize civilian casualties and pave a path toward a free and independent Faroese state. We were not so quick to act back then and our chance was lost, but we were granted a second chance with the collapse of Danmark and the Mezhist threat. Rather than quote to you the history of the entire affair, I will tell you this: President Rygaard's administration and the Continental Congress will follow through with their promise to guide the Faroese toward the creation of a Faroese state, free and independent. The island is now firmly in our grasp thanks to the bravery of the Continental Marines and our Cussian allies through the OCCIDENTAL DEFENSE AND INTELLIGENCE NETWORK, an alliance that you as allies through our agreements have access to. We four nations will bring about a new era of peace in the Northern Thaumantic and beyond, a peace that will firmly be under our control of course. We understand if there are those in Østveg who may be worried, but I assure you with all my heart that we are using the events that took place in your nation as a guide to our movements in the Faroes. Both Ivernia and Østveg are welcome to send observers to keep tabs on us and you are also invited to take a part in guiding the Faroese to their new destiny.

The Aurarine problem is one that has troubled us and we have also been met with silence, their are those in our government whose strong voices remind us in the Rygaard Adminstration that Southern Occidentia is firmly in the hands of the Frescano sphere and while we find those descended from Frescania to be natural friends and partners, we feel that it is their own responsibility to look after their own problems. We will continue to observe the situation should intervention become a necessary option. If the Ivernian government feels that it must become a part of the Aurarine civil war then Sylvania shall facilitate your movements in and out of the Occident, with limit options of assistance. Getting involved deeply within southern Occidentia is not a task the Sylvanian government wishes to take.

There is one other problem that I have been ordered to discuss and that problem is the Fennians. Their rhetoric continues to reach new levels of toxicity that we did not think could be reached. While Kyiv is and always will be a nation that we must keep tabs on, we feel that the Kyivians are the sort of people who have reasonable thoughts pass through their skulls, something that a Fennian could not be expected of; we may even see the Kyivians as a sort of ally to the threat of Mezhism and other extreme nationalist movements. The Fennian Union represents an incredible threat to the safety and prosperity of the Austwegian people and even to the Ivernians through your membership to the Tripartite Agreement. We must begin finding ways to neutralize and contain the Fennian threat without causing a full scale war, a task that at this time almost seems impossible.

It has come to our attention that there are reports from various news sources and Military Intel, not only of a possible Communist attack on the Empire of Valkany but also that a Valkanian Firgate ship is rumored to have been sunk in the Gothic Sea. Our Tripartite Agreement was formed on the basis of the safety of security of the Gothic Sea, and two tyrannical nations teeter on the edge of war across it. As it stands the High Kingdom of Ivernia is entering combat readiness, however we believe this situation could use the counsel of the fellow members of the Tripartite.

TO INVERNISH HIGH COMMAND, AUSTWEGIAN HIGH COMMAND

Despite the calming of the situation in the Gothic sea, I see it necessary to still send elements of the fleet to the Gothic for the security of the Tripartite Agreement, planners within Naval HQ have decided that the Ivernish port of Chathair Camhaoir to be large enough to station one cruiser and seven destroyers. Should this be acceptable to the Ivernish High Command then the deployment shall be made immediately. I have also seen fit to ask that the Marine base in Ulriken be staffed to its potential of 10,000 men rather than the 5,000 currently stationed there.
