Member states of the Tripartite Agreement, we must come to a mutually agreeable policy over the Erdenshire/Augustaborg crisis lest we all be dragged into a war with the brainwashed drones of the RDTO. The Continental Republic suggests a non-aggression pact for the Erdenshire/Eastern Cape area be drawn up and presented to the RDTO as a means of preventing conflict between us. We also suggest inviting a non-aligned nation to send a group of monitors to monitor the situation in Erdenshire and the Eastern Cape to assuage ridiculous Carentanian fears that the Tripartite has come sort of plan to overthrow the interim government of the Eastern Cape and split the territory up into different nations. This is an urgent matter and a response is requested immediately. Should this be a Carentanian plot to create a war between the RDTO and our alliance then it will most assuredly be revealed by any RDTO rejection of this offer. In the mean time, the Sylvanian Continental Navy is preparing a battle fleet should a war breakout, it is the intention, should war breakout, of the Continental Republic to abandon any hopes of recapturing Erdenshire ( should it be lost ) and will focus on Thaumantic security and neutralization of an attack from Kyiv on Ivernia.

On the Continental Republic's Proposal

The Free Cities' League fully supports the Continental Republic's proposal. A cautious and clever attitude is imperative in this situation. Indeed, if there is an outright rejection of such proposal by Carentania (probably using some fallacious revolutionary rhetoric) it will prove the world of their aggressive intentions. Though our fleet in Providence will be in full alert and is ready to move some vessels to Erdenshire, we are more concerned with Gothic Sea security, as both the League and the High Kingdom are close to Kyiv and can see their collective security compromised, and we shall increase military vigilance.
We thus fully back the Continental Republic's proposal.

As with Asylan's recognition and ascendancy into the Triparte Agreement the Armed Forces of the Republic of Asylan has made the decision to go under significant restructuring efforts and wishes to inform our partners of this change. We believe that these changes will hold a better fit for the Asylan military in the Triparte. The Asylan military as a tool of support and supply has become the Asylan military's focus What this means is, due to our lack of a large ground force to assist in the military defense of offense in any operation the Triparte Agreement partakes in, that Asylan will focus its efforts in: Asylan will endeavor to create flowing and secure supply lines to decrease the demand of such on its allies. Asylan will create and maintain more units devoted to precision artillery warfare. We believe a well educated armed force in control of heavy long range artillery support will provide a solid backbone to operations. The Asylan airforce will work extensively to secure optimal operation in support allied ground forces, as as a result will focus as well on behind lines stealth operation. The Asylan military and the Asylan Red Cross maintain a significant relationship, and as such have a large network of well trained and paid medical personnel who can support and treat large volumes of casualties in the event of emergencies. Asylan ground troops have received extensive sensitivity training, and would be optimal for occupying and maintaining territories that may be captured in any military action. On top of this the Asylan military has been extensively involved in wartime aid work. An expansion of the Asylan special operations department, this way the Asylan military may become a more potent weapon with less soldiers. The ability to disrupt enemy supplies and formations in essential during wartime. The Asylan navy will be removing several ships from its inventory, including its sole fleet carrier. It will maintain its light carrier force, and will replace the decommissioned destroyers and battlecruisers with vessels more suited for the modern day theatre. In the front lines the Asylan military will still wish to contribute all it can in order to fight in the front with other nations. Asylan military units deployed to the front lines will be deployed to best support the movements of other larger allied forces. Tactics will focus on small group infantry and armored support. The Asylan military welcomes the analysis of these new stated goals by our Triparte Allies, and wishes to receive their comments on how to best fit the Asylan military. The Republic of Asylan has been conducting intelligence operations in the state of Danmark, and has operative placed directly in positions of influence in the rebellion known now as The Commonwealth of Vendland. Major Johannes Savon of Asylan Navy Special Forces has taken a position of a close advisor to Franz, leader of this rebellion. At this stage in the rebellion Christiansborg is threatened and Franz is leading an assault on the city himself. As of now Asylan strategy has been to observe and do our best to contain violence in the country and attempt to influence Franz into avoiding becoming fully socialist and becoming a potential member of the RDTO. We wish to hear the opinions of our fellow Triparte Nations on this ordeal. On top of this we have solid intelligence that Cantiginia has total control over Aldenhov with Cantignian troops having entered the country, seemingly in violation of their previous declaration. The High Kingdom of Ivernia commends the Republic of Asylan's effective efforts of intelligence gathering in the quagmire that is the Danish civil strife, with the rise of the Commonwealth of Vendland. This rebellion is an urgent danger to the Tripartite as it has become quite clear that Southern and Middle Germania is being lost to RDTO influence, which is spreading like black death from the shores of the Long Sea upwards, corrupting and claiming nations for the Neo-Socialist Empire. We must decide the next step for the TAAO and it's position and influence in Middle and Southern Germania, as the sleeping and inept governments of the region will do little and less to save themselves.

The intelligence gathered with regards to a Cantignian military presence in Aldenhov comes as a great shock to the High Kingdom of Ivernia. If this is true then Cantignia has broken it's Peace Bond it had promised to the entire world barely months prior. However the world should have known better then to ever trust any bond that comes from a nation within the RDTO. The High Kingdom of Ivernia sees that a course of action would be recommendable to react to the current insurgency in Danmark, in order to stem the tide of Communism, before our Free Germania is all but a piece of history, and the socialist boot stomps down on the Germanian peoples forever. The High Kingdom of Ivernia strongly recommends that hard evidence is brought to the TAAO table of Cantignia's involvement in Aldenhov, and when Asylan does so the TAAO must jointly condemn the Covenant.

Cantignia has clearly shown it's true colours as a wolf in sheeps clothing. It may loudly bleat the Christian Psalms, but let us never forget it is a puppet of Carentania and nothing more.

We are agreed on both counts. We will do our best to secure intelligence on the situation in Aldenhov, it will be, like our previous intelligence, through Vendland sources. We believe if asked, Franz will assist Major Savon in securing information on the status of Aldenhov, which will no doubt be of concern to him. We believe that Vendland's victory is inevitable, and it seems likely that Aldenhov will be their first foreign policy challenge. We suggest creating a Triparte economic plan for the eventual rise of Vendland and do our best to support their restructuring efforts and win as much influence in the reconstruction times ahead for the country. Asylan has planned significant aid efforts that have been promised by Major Savon on Asylan's behalf, and he has won significant positive influence. He has reported however that agents from Eiffelland and Tyrrhenia are also present with significant influence. Eiffelland has provided significant air assets to cover Vendland assaults and Tyrrhenia has contributed significant volunteer forces which are leading part of the attack on Christiansborg. The High Kingdom of Ivernia agrees with the Republic of Asylan's diagnosis of the political situation happening in the former Danish Empire. We believe, like the Asylan opinion, that it would be the best course of action to adopt a ''cutting our loss'' situation, and to accept the rise of the Commonwealth of Vendland, but to back the leader known as 'Franz.' We believe that if we can support and strengthen the moderate liberals within the Commonwealth we may be able to salvage a democracy out of Vendland and perhaps even wrestle the Former Danish Realm away from RDTO hegemony. We believe that the TAAO, or at least members of the TAAO must urgently send support, in political endorsements of the Commonwealth of Vendland, in economic planned support for Vendland's future, as well as real physical support in the same style as the Kingdom of Eiffeland to Franz and to Franz's supporters in the Commonwealth of Vendland.

We in the High Kingdom would gladly follow and support Asylan in a co-ordinated economic support effort and establishing a Tripartite economic plan for Vendland, if possible, to prop up the liberals in order to secure the Commonwealth of Vendland for the free world. In doing so we may be able to put a stop to the spread of socialism and communism from the Long Sea into central Germania any more than it currently stands. We believe that this must be done in parallel with the previous suggested plan of combined-condemnation of the Aldenhov takeover by Cantignia. We hope that the moderate Pro-North Vendland under Franz will maintain it's apparent promise to assist in the Aldenhov situation.

The Continental Republic commends Asylanian efforts in securing intelligence on the situation in Danmark and on providing this crucial information on Aldhenov. It is the view of the Joint Chiefs and the Commander-in-Chief that Cantingia must be punished for its alignment with the RDTO and for its actions in Aldhenov, this is a difficult decision for the government of Sylvania to make due to our historical ties to the Cantignian nation. Condemnation is not enough, Carentania may at this moment be shielded by its long sea defenses but the other nations of the RDTO are not so safe, we must formulate a plan to economically isolate these puppets of Carentania and slowly strangle them to death. As for Vendland, this Asylanian agent must continue his work and attempt to steer the commonwealth away from an RDTO alliance, but should this seem impossible a plan must be created to decapitate the commonwealth government, another chaotic moneysink for the RDTO is preferable to a fully functional pro-RDTO commonwealth government.

in order to ascertain the possibility of a coordinated effort into lending aid towards Franz and his liberal political movement within Vendland, in much the same method as done currently by the Kingdom of Eiffeland. We believe financial, or even defence-oriented support for his more democratically aligned initiative would prove instrumental in reducing the level of RDTO influence in Vendland today, in order to allow a nation more aligned with our interests to bloom.

If Asylan is inclined for an official National action, then we can proceed to plan our course of action.

With regards to the Continental Republic of Sylvania's initiative to perpetuate war in the Yujin in order to weaken all RDTO forces around the globe, the High Kingdom of Ivernia sees this as the most prudent choice for the far flung Civil War.

The last confrontation over the Eastern Cape, while successful for our cause, highlighted the need for training between our respective nations during peacetime. The Joint Cheifs of the Continental Republic agree that a drill in the Gothic sea is needed to test response times and cooperation with other TAAO fleet assets. All Continental Navy and Marine assets deployed to the Gothic sea will take part in any combined combat/preparedness drill. Continental Marine commanders suggest that a portion of the drill be dedicated to amphibious landings.

On the 'Trekker' Rebellion in Providence

The Free Cities' League would like to announce to its allies that is preparing a troop deployment in its Outerseas Province of Providence, in order to quell the so-called 'Trekker' Rebellion, whose objective is to resist new Negro Enfranchisement laws and declare independence for the Dutch-speaking area of Providence (Oerwoudland). In principle, no support will be needed, but any logistical support for air strikes and reconnaissance from the Ivernian Himyari Commonwealth would be more than welcome, considering the proximity of it and the rebellious areas

effort to maintain order and tranquility in Providence, and lends it's support, via the Ivernish Himyari Commonwealth and the assets contained therein. The High Kingdom of Ivernia is most intrigued by this ''Trekker'' Rebellion, as the High Kingdom has recently acted against a major source of insurgency and a terrorist campaign in a location to the east of the southernmost point of the Ivernish Himyari Commonwealth, not too far geographically from Providence. That is to say, there may be co-operation between our two insurgent organisations.
The High Kingdom of Ivernia as such, has a force stationed in the south, with an admirable amount of experience fighting terrorist tribes in the same local area, which the Ivernish High Command is sure will be of use to the Free Cities campaign. As such the High Kingdom is more than willing to lend the requested logistical support, as well as reconnaissance, tactical operations, and the intelligence the Ivernish Ranger Corps has gathered on the insurgency, which may be relevant. Also when Free Cities requests it of the Ivernish High Command, the High Kingdom shall lend aerial support, as well as the creation and assistance of aerial superiority in the region of concern.
