PRIVATE COMMUNIQUE

The Imperial Government is interested in hearing your opinions on assisting the Government of Sikandara restore peace in the nation of Yujin. To do so, we are looking to cooperate with your country to create a common policy aimed at providing the motivation, financial or otherwise, to all parties involved in the civil war to cease their operations and sue for peace. As such, the Imperial Government is looking to collect a certain amount of funding from each of your countries to aid these measures. The Imperial Government will offer an agreement to all participants in this venture a settlement that shall allow oil shipments to be made at discounted prices until the funds have been paid off. As nations aware of the threat of non-civilised aggression, we are sure that our voice will be heard in the grand capitals of your country. We also seek to make clear to all that any victory of uncivilised forces in Yujin will severely damage the situation in the region and endanger the world's second largest oil producer's capability to meet international obligations. We hope that the seriousness of the situation is clear. A reply is sought at the earliest.​ ​

The Kingdom of Franken thanks the empire of Sikandara for its request: His Majesty's Government shall duly consider the proposals put forward by the Imperial Government. Thus, we invite the Ambassador of Sikandara to the Court of Franken to explain his government's plans to Reichssicherheitsrat (National Security Council) in person. This council meets privately and consists of senior members of the cabinet and is occasionally chaired by The King. This will allow us to make an informed decision on how and to what extent the Kingdom of Franken can best contribute to the laudable cause of restoring stability to the empire of Yuijn.

THE Covenant has duly chosen to delegate a modest sum of responsibility and currency to our trained assets within a Cantigian NGO, Family Organizers Global (FOG). This organization has been instructed to report to their contacts in Shahdara, bringing to the table a compact team of economists, scientists, and retired military officials with experience operating in conflict zones.

FOG typically operates by meeting with Churchgoers and existing Charitable Societies in affected areas, quietly building a database of contacts among grassroots organizers of micro-localities. The Organizers can potentially act as informal diplomats in situations or with individuals who cannot be recognized officially by our Covenant, or this coalition of peace that Sikandara is forming.

Following in-depth consultations with the Mezhist Union His Majesty's Government has decided to provide indirect military support to the good causes of the Imperial government. For reasons of domestic politics, however, we cannot yet disclose our involvement publicly. Therefore, we would like to request permission to unload Royal Navy transport vessels carrying military instructor teams as well as armaments at one of your ports near the war theatre.

While We show interest in offering Our international duties if then requested, and willing ensure it, nevertheless We have to declare before participating We still remain doutfull about ways wich have been proposed.

After ample deliberation, we decided to agree with your proposal. We will offer you financial aid in your struggle for stability in Yujin, and you will provide us with oil at a reduced rate until our financial aid has been paid off. We will also be lenient w.r.t. the details.

We can also support you in a material way. We are currently replacing our Panther tanks with Löwe tanks. Because of that, we can deliver you the Panthers we decommission. At this moment, we can deliver 60 of them. Furthermore, the defence industries in Eiffelland in which we have shares are willing to handle your purchases in advance.

It is of utmost importance that our contribution to your efforts remains secret, because of domestic political reasons. Please cooperate with us in any way to indeed keep our contribution a secret.
