Philadelphia 1.3 is planned to have:

• I will be adding a Britannic-like island off the coast of Belmont. (...and by Britannic I just mean it's north of frenchies, not related in shape.)
• Xen's Map Addition
• Additional Land (Not planned out where yet - East/West/South?)
• Other ideas (foreign or my own)
• Alliance Map

If you are lacking cities: I either overlooked you on purpose because I'm not sure of your activity, OR I overlooked you on accident. In either case, please repost your cities after this post so that I remember to include it in Philly 1.3

Red dot is the capital, Meribia. Red line denotes border between the Soviet Republic of Meribia (larger southern part) and the Soviet Socialist States of Zefielia (smaller northern part).

I sent a PM to Confederacy asking if I could have some of his coastline, but he has not responded. Indeed, he hasn't posted at all in over a week now.

Excuse me? While we are dealing with a shortage of land and are trying to find ways to get new unclaimed spots, Xen, having the by far largest spot already is going to get even more land? Is it me that's crazy, or is it the rest of the forum?

Oddly enough, I have to agree with Q on this issue. And on the danger of our Admin deleting my post (once again) I have to repeatedly ask Oikawa what he can do with a spot that large and 1,7 billion people he can't do with a spot and population slightly smaller?

You could beautify his spot by making carving out a map spot or two as well. Does this have anything to do with Xen's insistence that if there is going to be land added to the map, that he gets extra land as well, because he "wants to maintain the same size in proportion to others"?

Eh, there're some errors on my map spot. Firstly, that whole St. Antonio area belongs to the Free Cities Union, and my capital (Tempestad) is further west on that small inland bay.

You weren't included because your spot is based upon another player responding. The rest of your territory is hypothetically still available, but I'm not willing to cut up someone else's territory and add it onto the original plot of land you asked for without that other person's approval.

Now I understand they aren't that active, yet? Hard to say, it's only been a week and with how busy things have been for a lot of people I'm willing to give the 'Confederacy' player some leeway. If he is unable to produce a response for another week then I'll consider it that he is inactive and I'll likely grant your request. However, if he says no, are you still going to want the in-land territory?
