Dear King Carlos Francisco II,

It brings me great displeasure to see my Two Kingdoms and associated Realms at odds with another Kingdom. As you are well aware it is in the interests of fellow Monarchist countries to hold each other in the highest esteem.

I have spoken with the Government and the cabinet of Prime Minister Rasmus Olsen. I feel it my duty to relay the information of this meeting to you, because no forthcoming message should be expected from my Government. As you know, my country is ruled by the people in the form of democracy. The actions of my Government may not be very well my own, nor of my opinion. I feel required to remind of you this as I do not believe that this is the news you would be especially keen on hearing.

No apology is to come from my Government. For all intents and purposes, they expect to carry forward without recognizing any impasse between our Governments. If your own Government wishes to have a short-term memory on the subject, then there is no problem moving forward.

However, the temperament of your Government’s Foreign Minister has given my Government a limb to stand on as they have come to believe. It is their belief that only should he be removed from office on behalf of recognition of his own poor temperament, and issue several apologizes for his poor conduct. Only then would any sort of statement of that may seem as an apology would be issued by the Olsen Government. How your Government acts is of course a business that is only your own, but this is what I have learned in meeting with my Government.

Lastly, in the abuse of an Austwegian national in Justosia it is my hope that they should find the perpetrators. Having spoken to the woman myself, she described to me her rapists as of medium height, both with black hair and hazel eyes, and wearing a red t-shirt, while the other a white one. The crime took place at a local coffee shop. She is not entirely sure of the name, but is at the word “Luna” in name.

While our Governments may be at odds for the time being, it would be considered a great favor to the North to apprehend those who would violate a woman’s body.

I do hope we may someday meet face to face, and exchange pleasantries. It is always in my opinion a misfortune when I must speak for the actions of my Government. Of course, I expect my Government to manage business without my intervention.

Dear King Carlos Francisco II,

I have been deeply concerned and distressed by this unnecessary row that has started between our two nations. As it currently is, we simply just see that two people, and their hot hotheadedness have managed to disrupt and even destroy the lives of countless civilians that live in both our nations.

Both of us, as crowned heads understand that we function not only representatives of the people, but we have a more archaic and ancient function that might feel that in modern constitutional politics is hid behind the weight of party politics. I talk, of course about the king as a guide for the nation.

Thus, I have been notified of the row that erupted between the Two Kingdoms of Jyskerige-Ostveg, an old friend of the Caledonian people, and the Holy Kingdom of Justosia and the what I call unnecessary hot headed arguments and invectives thrown by our governments.

While it is normally not in my mandate to overturn what the government of Caledonia's policies and decisions, I do it this time to stop what I consider a plunge into madness with the goal to protect the lives of the citizens, both Caledonians living in Justosia but also Justosians living in Caledonia, Loago or Cabaon.

Thus, at my own pressure, Toiseach Olibhia MacAnndra will sack the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Lucas Ros and will appoint a new one and Caledonia will reopen unilaterally the diplomatic channels with Justosia. I do hope that this olive branch will be reciprocated by the Justosians and that in the future we would not let hotheadedness, religious zeal and malign populism take over our minds and be ready to destroy the lives of thousands in the process.

By mid to late next week our Navy de Royale will officially christen our first 2 aircraft carriers in Justosian history. We have attained Royal Ascent for this de-classification. We announce this also to allay any reasonable international concern.

This is a proud an emotional moment for every Justosian patriot who worked on these endeavors, in any facet. It is the right of every nation to manage a robust national defence. This includes the ability & right to project one's naval power to protect territorial waters & shipping lanes.

Nothing about our Defence Readiness One program even remotely comes close to breaking any international law. Justosia has come out of isolation to be a serious, impactful, respected player on the Himyari & general European stage. Thank you. Viva Justosia.
