Telecommunications is now being seen as a sleeping giant. Massive purchases by the Ministry Defence de Royale recently are raising confidence in this sector. Indeed the Stock Market had nearly crashed two months ago. Now she's awake and kicking.

Finance Ministry de Royale is waiting for the next Consumer Confidence report. A gain of three percent or more is said to signal a humming, purchase driven economy returning to roost. Which would tempt a credit rating bump.

Dear Minister Torres,

While it cannot be understated how committed the Justosian Government appears to be in sounding off baseless accusations and causing diplomatic tensions for no apparent reason, the Aurarian Republic in this instance feels compelled to remind the Justosians of recent history and attempt to rectify an ill-conceived notion of our Republic’s intensions.

The Justosian Government has just recently completed a military program that was so brash, so intense, that it nearly ruined the country’s economy. Justosia nationalized industries, forced peoples into hard labor, and put every policy initiative on hold while it pursued this armament program.

Repeatedly during this time, nations attempted to ascertain any reason for such an intense program, to which the Justosians repeatedly stated “it is within our right to national defense.” The Aurarians agree that a sovereign nation has every right to national defense, however, the Justosians failed to point out any legitimate threat that they were defending themselves from. They did mention the Northern Collectives, a country with faintly any power projection that exists thousands of kilometers from the shores of Justosia.

It can only be assumed that the Justosian King has dreams of Empire and conquest and is forcing his people to work themselves to the bone so that such a dream can become reality. And now, to quell its own people’s suspicions, the Justosians create random, irrational enemies across the globe to manipulate its people into thinking there is any threat to the Justosian Kingdom.

The Aurarian Republic will not fall victim to the Justosian manipulations. This message is to the people of Justosia so that they may know that any threat that could possibly exist to their safety comes not from foreign shores, but from the halls of Avalon’s Palaces.

The stench of hypocrisy is most odious. From our mother country that masquerades as peaceful. Yet we remember the atrocities commited by your own people during the Great Betrayal of 1819. You slander our duly elected government. Which voted for the Patriot's Right to Work bill which gave jobless Justosians jobs, livelihoods. Lies about our economy, etc.

In my office I am fully within my bounds to suspect those who I believe covertly habor ill intent to our good people. I shall not shrink from my patriotic soul searching.

"Carlo Iglesias and Juan Castro, the two Justosians arrested for assaulting a Two Kingdoms national, have both been found guilty on all counts. Counts of rape, assault, and armed robbery.

They have both just been sentenced to fifteen years in maximum security prison without the possibility of parole. The trial which just concluded had lasted roughly a month. It was kept under wraps to avoid internationale scrutiny. What's curious is the sentencing brought for by nationalist judge the Honourable Felipe Juarez. Originally his sentence was ten years, medium security, with the possibility of parole after eight. More as we get it.

The Great Southern Kingdom of Justosia & the Kingdom of Occitania are formal allies who have both seen conflict in mutual defence recently. The excecises are to be held in the newly liberated Occitan colony of Brecosta. We have already had a presence there during the recent conflict. These are the reasons these coming exercises are fully legitimate, legal, & not a threat to any other nation. We won't suffer propagandist attempts otherwise. Viva Justosia.

Their location has been relayed to 4 Encuesta Class Surveillance Frigates currently en route to the area. They have relayed the location to 2 navy surveillance planes who have been dropping ping boueys around the general area. Where the subs came from is not yet determined. Palace & Defence Ministries expected to address shortly.

At approximately 0145 PM today the territorial & sovereignty nationale of the Great Southern Kingdom of Justosia was nearly purposely violated by 2 spy submarines from a nation whose name we are currently withholding at this time.

They are being pursued by 4 Presagio Class Royal Navy submarines with additional surface reinforcements en route. The army has been placed on alert. The Government Quarter of Avalon has been locked down for the security of all domestic & foreign workers. To be lifted as soon as possible.

We fully condemn in the strongest terms this act of provocation. However, we are fully committed to peace. As such, when the culprit has been fully, positively identified, we will tell Europe. We will warn Europe. We will retaliate with full & appropriate measures if deemed necessary. As of now these are diplomatic, soft measures. Viva Justosia.

On Thursday at approximately 0930 PM, 2 Presagio Class Royal Navy submarines chased 2 Aurarine submarines from the edge of Justosian territorial waters. We can now express with 90% confidence that the 'republic' of Auraria is the culprit. We express this because of our intelligence services. The best in Europe.

Justosia is a nation that desires peace, law, & order. As such we condemn in the strongest terms this gleeful, purposeful, & rather obviously intended violation of our sovereignty nationale. Europe is already tense enough without provocations from nations not as prosperous as ours. Indeed our mother country had her claws in us before. She apparently desires so again.

Government de Royale will decide what political, trade, & personal sanctions are applicable. If any. We urge Europe to peek behind the Aurarine curtain.

In a joint statement issued by Justosian Defense Minister Carlos Delgado and Foreign Minister Fernando Torres, the Southern Kingdom of Justosia has accused the Aurarine Republic of conducting spy operations off the coast of the Kingdom by means of two submarines.

This accusation comes days after the Justosian News Network, a renowned propaganda machine, announced that the Royal Navy had detected and intercepted two unidentified submarines, chasing them into international waters. The Justosians demanded that the culprit be brought to justice and in a show of friendship, the Aurarian Embassy announced it would fully cooperate with any investigation that the Justosian Government deemed necessary.

Today, that spirit of cooperation is shattered as the Justosian Government irresponsibly announced that it had, quote, “90% confidence that the ‘republic’ of Auraria was responsible.” The Justosian Government proceeded to provide no evidence whatsoever that its opinion was built upon other than self-proclaiming that they had the “best [intelligence] in Europe.” It must be considered reprehensible that a “90% confidence” is used as justification to accuse a country of an act of war.

These accusations are yet another addition in a long line of propaganda material that King Carlos Francisco II has embarked upon in an effort to pacify his own populace and make them blind to the truth of the Justosian Regime. This faux investigation’s sole intent was to arrive at a politically advantageous result to justify the King’s recent actions. It cannot be more strongly stated that the only threat to the Justosians comes from the Royal Palace of Avalon. Nowhere else. Let the record be clear: The Aurarine Republic had no involvement nor knowledge of any submarine operation taking place near Justosian Territorial Waters and with the absence of any tangible evidence, or even certainly, the Republic condemns the brash and irrational accusations of a country increasingly determined to remain a pariah on the international stage.

In addition, the joint statement’s assertion that the Justosians are somewhat confident of Aurarine involvement comes from their intelligence agencies is the same as an admission that the Justosian Regime is engaging in espionage against the Republic. To that end, the Aurarian Government is announcing the immediate closing of the Justosian Embassy in Solis as well as the Aurarian Embassy in Avalon until such a time that the Justosians can be trusted. Diplomaic communication between the two countries shall be conducted through the Natali Federation.

In conclusion, this accusation stems from a propaganda machine that is determined to reinforce the Justosian King and has no basis in reality. It comes in a long line of official statements intended to defame the Aurarian Republic. It comes with a de facto admission of spying against the Aurarian Republic. It comes after the completion of a massive military buildup that nearly destroyed the country’s economy. The Aurarian Republic, which had little attention placed on the Justosian Kingdom, has no choice now but to consider the Justosian Regime to be antagonistic toward the Republic and must take steps to ensure our own protection against an increasingly rogue state.

We ask that the civilized nations of Europe join in condemnation of the brash and irrational accusations of the Justosian Regime.

Part of my constitutional duties as sovereign monarch, head of state, & Supreme Commander-In-Chief of the Great Southern Kingdom of Justosia is to address matters that press such as this.

What my good & honourable ministers Delgado & Torres have said is confirmed. This is the Aurarine curtain. A veil of uppity & vile hypocrisy. Indeed the Aurarine 'republic' is arguably the nation most hateful of our governmental ideology & way of life in Europe. This is long evidenced by its treacherous, dark, murderous history visa ve their former monarchy. Murdered, butchered in cold blood their noble royal family was. Today their regime celebrates that day. I myself will now add seething paranoia to the list. The Government de Royale of Justosia, the government I oversee, has no spies in Auraria, none, not one. Any propaganda otherwise is just that. From a nation that poses as democratic, peaceful, yet whose own propaganda skills would surely put our alleged to shame. This is an attempt to flip the view from their caught hands, unto villifying us for protecting our sovereign borders.

Yes I join my ministers in condemning, most strongly, this very likely Aurarine aggression. We will not be fooled. We will not be threatened. I must always act ardently in all my constitutional roles sworn to in my oath before God Yahweh & my good people.

Justosia seeks no conflict. However will never shrink to defend its sacred borders. I shall convene an emergency council meeting of all relevant ministers to discuss possible response actions. Viva Justosia.

This is done because we are beyond sure that their government, with explicit authorization from their president, authorized the encroachment of our territorial waters with the intention of espionage & violation of our security & sovereignty nationale. This is the center of the realm of logic for it is only Auraria who has a history of strained relations with Justosia. It is Auraria who has a history of murderous hostility against monarchist governments. The only nation in Himyar.

It is beyond insulting to think they could get away with this. The arrogance. For no reason other than our rightful, legal, & purely defencive modernization of our military. I also wish to make the following starkly clear. If any nation at all conspired with Auraria in this dirty deed, they will be dragged into the light as well eventually.

It is also worth stressing that Aurarine assets will not be ceased. Nor will Aurarine nationals deemed no security risk be expelled. We take no pleasure in these actions during these tense times. However, the kingdom will not be pushed around. Viva Justosia.
