Development conference [Attn: Gunnland, Crotobaltislavonia]

Following a formal request received from the Kingdom of Gunnland, the Grand Duchy of Lars is ready to launch a debate on the development of the Republic of Crotobaltislavonia.

Having ascertained that the person directly affected by the aid will be the Republic of Crotobaltislavonia, having established that there is no interest on the part of the Grand Duchy of Lars in provoking new political instability within the Republic, we believe that the active participation in the Banja Luka conference is important in order to establish the most need areas of aid.

We confirm our interest, as a friend country, in continuing to support Crotobaltislavonia if we dessiderase it.
However, the Grand Duchy of Lars reserves the right to cut off any form of aid if these funds are used for purposes other than those established by bill agreements.

Foreign Secretary Stephen Gunn Larkin will personally attend this conference, both to discuss regional economic integration and development, and also to increase ties of friendship with the Grand Duchy of Lars.

Neven Rybár, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Assistance and Refugee Affairs, has been dispatched to represent the Free Canton of Crotobaltislavonia at the conference. The Motherland looks forward to constructive conversation and concrete agreements on assisting the final resettlement of all refugees, continued economic development, and integration with its neighbors.
