Good Morning,
I write to you this good day just as Aegierre Mazarin has been elected to her most supreme office. As such a momentous event has occurred, it is to be expected that changes within the government and its policies follow soon. As such, by virtue of being a major country just across the sea from the Matriarchal Republic and a major economy of the world, it seems natural for our two countries to forge closer ties in economic matters.

As such it is Madame Aegierre Mazarin's direct order for us to convene for talks and sort out a mutually beneficial relationship. For any such talks, as we are the ones initiating the dialogue, we shall invite you and your delegation to the capital, Villesen at a time of your choosing.
