You may strike Twente from that list. It would indeed have been bonkers if Twente controlled that piece of land and not being successful in converting or applying a final solution on its population.

After having my morning coffee I've thought of a slightly different scenario, not involving Twente directly, but the Knights of Saint Wittekind and the Saxon Steed(Military order, defenders of the Saxon Catholic Church). In times of excess and overzealousness(19th century), they could have swooped in, occupied the land for the order and treated the non-Christian population...euh...poorly. Like the Ottomans did to the Armenians, for comparison. Similarly, in current days, Twente nor the order would acknowledge or admit to any form of genocide happening ever. Nor will I RP about it...It's not part of my history, but it may be of yours.
