To the General Secretary of the NC,
Taking into account the noble and most proactive role being played by the Northern Council in the regional situation in Gallia, the Government has made the absolute decision to announce a ceasefire, pending approval of the Prince Regent. The Government wishes to inform the Northern Council GS that the Kingdom seeks a neutral party (ie, NC) to impose a ceasefire and announce Belmont's full intention to take part in NC sponsored peace talks.
