Queen Julian instructs me to proceed with a multinational commercial agreement that coördinates trade policy and infrastructure to improve the flow of goods through the Allied North, Fleur, Lars, and Eiffelland-Retalia. I would like to express my keen interest in a ministerial-level summit in Nouvelle-Ville mentioned by my colleague M. Richard, though if that proves impractical, we could host such a summit at the Council of the North buildings in Windhaven.

The Republic is more then willing as I previously indicated, and His Excellency Larkin most elegantly remarked, to host this summit which bring a sincere enthusiasm to our administration, and may well prove itself to be worth the establishment of an unprecedented cooperation in economic matters along the definition of a project that shall see the sun beyond our lives. It is with great humility, that the Palais des Libertés at Nouvelle-Ville, seems to be most marked to host fully your delegations as the Republic’s logistics are at your entire service.

Our hope, in the construction of a project seeing beyond nation’s private and individual interest that shall serve better their people is something that remains admirable, and little seen throughout the glob. With respect, developing a common project, may only bring more economic benefits to our respective economies and people, it is therefore with this double-pleasure that the Republic is welcoming you in one of its longest standing Palais, which have seen eras passes, and actively participated to move on in each of them.

Our services shall develop to your respectives secretariats the logistical concerns and answer any need you deem necessary.

The Palais des Libertés, at the core of Nouvelle-Ville, the city of Fleuroix administration and democracy, have been built in the 1950’s, and more recently modernised to have the full comfort of today’s modernism, while remaining with

as this architecture have been the pattern, and used widely throughout the city making it the only accepted style, even if dating from centuries ago. Modernised, refined, it was the answer to the Republic’s new identity after the Great War, in the foundation of this city which shall set a new era, and today, it stood to receive four other nations in what would probably be a determinant factors in the coming years for local geopolitics.

Cars, were to arrive one by one, as in the Main Court was standing M.A.D.C. Richard, on the red carpet leading inside, with on the side many journalist eager to accomplish their job. Prior to that, the heavy door that was closing the Main Court was open, with two Gardes from either side presenting their Sabre, as outside a full Regiment was also showing honours to the coming Ministers. Now alone, Richard would welcome one by one each of his guest, before talks would first start.
