Globe only loading partially?

So both Warr and Jurzy reported that they cannot load all of the map while all others I've spoken to thus far say that the globe works perfectly. Anyone else experienced any problems or has any ideas on how to resolve this for those that have this problem?

What graphics cards do you have and did you update it to the latest available drivers, Warr/Jurzy?

I have now been able to reproduce the error on an iPad. I tried changing the size/resolution of the map, which resulted in smaller filesize, but no visual chance. Those of you experiencing this issue on a PC, can you please try turning off Atmosphere and changing your video mode in Google Earth under options again, even doing both at the same time?

Edit: Splitting the image into several smaller ones also didn't work.
Edit2: If you go to Help --> About Google Earth, what is your 'Max Texture Size'?

I managed to solve the problem. The next version will no longer have this issue. This problem happens on weaker devices with not enough memory, but can be circumvented by loading the map texture in a different way.
