GOVERNMENT OF SIKANDARA
Grand Council for Diplomatic Affairs
OFFICIAL DECLARATION
13th July, 1953

The state of affairs in the Kingdom of Danmark continues to grow worrisome day by day. The political situation is vague and not entirely positive to witness. The Imperial Government is concerned about the possibility of violence and bloodshed in the country. So, in the interests of the Danish people, the following policy is being proposed by the Empire:

1. The Embassy of Sikandara has been instructed to inform all other diplomatic offices of the Empire in Danmark to begin granting special entry permits (SEPs) to Danish citizens seeking to escape the violence and uncertainty in Danmark. These SEPs allow Danish citizens to enter Sikandara without the need for visas and without having to wait for approval.

Preferential treatment shall be given to individuals with qualifications and/or experience in the following occupations:

  • Primary & Secondary teachers, Professors, Historians, Educationists, & Ph.D recipients* in certain fields;
  • Physicists, Biologists, Botanists, Chemists, Doctors, Surgeons, Dentists, Pharmacists, Engineers, Architects, Mechanics & Nurses;
  • Economists, industrialists, entrepreneurs, businessmen, bankers, accountants, investment & financial analysts;
  • Political advisers, military strategists, economic analysts
  • Lawyers
  • Skilled manual labourers, technicians, & other special classes of occupation
If however, an individual does not fulfil the above mentioned occupational requirements, the Embassy will consider individual applicants on a case by case basis.

Additionally, any prospective applicant for an SEP must comply with the following prerequisite requirements:

  • No record of criminal behaviour.
  • No association with leftist groups, which adhere to ideologies in conflict with the ideology of Sikandara.
  • Be of sound mind and character.
  • Have no outstanding debt
  • Respect the customs, traditions & religion of the Sikandari peoples.
At the Embassy, Danish nationals are instructed to bring along the following:

  • National Identification documents/Danish Passport
  • Marriage certificates
  • Birth Certificates of children (aged 18 or under)
  • Bank statements and other vital financial documents
2. Following the acceptance of a formal request for an SEP from an individual meeting the above mentioned guidelines, the Embassy shall issue the necessary documentation. This documentation will allow:

  • Danish nationals the immediate right of abode and right of work within the territory of the Empire.
  • All approved individuals will have their families automatically accepted for SEPs (Parents, spouses & children)
  • Danish nationals will be provided funds of Ϡ.60,000 to find accommodation in Sikandara and other expenses until jobs are not found.
3. The Government of Sikandara will grant the following incentives to Danish nationals with SEPs living in Sikandara:

  • 75% of income tax fees shall be waived
  • 0% tax on existing funds of Danish SEP holders
  • 80% withholding tax waived on investments made with funds of Danish origin
  • 80% transfer tax to be waived
  • 0% inheritance tax
  • Subsidised prices on a number of goods
  • Guaranteed jobs in Government of Sikandara, for those unable to locate work in private sector, and those who have knowledge in a language apart from Danish.
  • Free linguistic coaching in any one (1) Sikandari languages
4. The Government of Sikandara has also decreed that the Danish SEPs may also apply for Sikandari citizenship following a period of six months of living in the Empire.

It is expected and hoped that the Empire will be able to help the people of Danmark in these most treacherous times and shall soon host a sizeable number of its Danish brethren within its borders.
