Government Forced to Resign

Mubarak - The military breached the government offices early today morning, making true their previous threat to dismantle the current government if they were to condone the Ministry of Education's 'History Reviewed Act'. The act proposes to remove the currently told history over the military coup saving the nation from civil war and replace it with a detailed account of the dismantling of the old tribes. The Sheikh and the military leadership were immediately against he motion and the military threatened to force resignation if it were to be taken under governmental consideration.

Just after the governmental offices had become fully staffed this morning, tanks rolled in to downtown Mubarak, escorting seven trucks filled with soldiers. Fifteen minutes later, prominent governmental staff and ministers were escorted out of the building along with some of their private possessions.

"This is an unfortunate turn of events," commented the Sheikh in his press retort this afternoon.
"The event leading up to the forced resignation was also unfortunate. The proposal from the MoE could have been shot down, but the government's refusal to act in the wellbeing of the state and attempt to rewrite history has shown us that they are no longer people that can be trusted with the wellbeing of the people. The military did it's job commendably and the government resigned peacefully. I have assigned a caretaker government to take office as of tomorrow morning and it will remain in session for the sole purpose of speedily establishing new parliamentary elections so a new and fresh government can be chosen" the Sheikh continued to comment, also stating plans for the near future.

The People's Republic of Vitland, while saddened to hear about the anti-national madness the old government of the Jaghian Alliance, nevertheless commends the Jaghian military for their just nature and the swift actions they took to ensure the integrity and well-being of their nation.

Police Forces Clash With East-Jaghian Insurgents

Buma - Heavily armed police forces have clashed with local insurgents over the control of the city of Buma. A group of locals have now been confined into a three-block zone in central Buma. The insurgents, armed mainly with simple low-caliber rifles and small arms, have been demanding the release of the Eastern territories from the Jaghian Alliance. The police surrounding them have called in local auxiliary forces to help in containing the unlawful revolt.

The Sheikh has refused to comment on this and the temporary government has given the local officials full mandate to quell the revolt.
Under the mandate, the governor of the eastern territories has called the military high command to aid in capturing the rest of the insurgents that escaped into the nearby agricultural zones.

It is an imperative wish of this Administrative Union that a foothold of at least cordial neutrality is met with the Jaghian Alliance. We expect to do business with the Jaghian Oil apparatus throughout the fiscal year, if not for years to come. For the sake of regional security, the Blue Union Captaincy of Životinje extends an offer to meet under your nations circumstances to discuss the insurgency, oil revenue, and modern aircraft sales.
