Khalistan's position on the Revolutionary Defence Treaty Organisation is misguided and unconducive to improved relations with the People's Republic of Vangala. The organisation is a defensive military alliance seeking only to defend its member-states from aggression and play a positive role in the international community by supporting peace initiatives. We hope Khalistan reconsiders its stance and regains its trust in the People's Republic and Armed Forces.

The People's Republic of Vangala wishes to remind Khalistan it is elements of the Vangalan military that are leading peacekeeping efforts in the conflict between Altai and Talemantros, not Carentania, and once again offers the promise of protection for Khalistani commercial shipping. The Khalistani Ambassador is also invited to speak with External Affairs Minister Ajoy Qamaruzzaman over the Khalsa Raj's concerns.

The Right Honourable The Secretary of State has received the Command of her Imperial and Royal Engellexic Majesty The Queen-Empress
to make known the following gracious Statement of her Imperial and Royal Engellexic Majesty
to the Princes, and Chiefs of the Kingdom of Khalistan.​

An Extension of The Queen-Empress' Statement in Council.

TO THE PRINCES, AND CHIEFS OF THE KINGDOM OF KHALISTAN​

I am instructed to EXPRESS on behalf of her Imperial and Royal Engellexic Majesty;

In the last conversation I had with his Excellency the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary the Lord Esher, I questioned whether the intent of the Khalistani Government to deploy Naval Forces to the Long Sea should be a cause of uneasiness for the Empire. I was advised, by his Excellency, that there was no cause whatever; that his impressions of the intent of the Khalistani Government were favourable – in that they were sincere, and that he looked upon the deployment as one that should be embraced as having the potential to reinforce international concern on maritime trade routes.

It was on that advice that her Majesty the Queen-Empress felt it unnecessary for Great Engellex to join the Europe concern.

The accounts however which have reached my Ministry from other districts of Europe are not enthusiastic and do not accord with his Excellency’s opinion.

The Engellexic Mercantile Classes are naturally anxious at the prolongation of the Long Sea Crisis, arisen from the Federation’s invasion of Solaren, and escalated by the great presence of European naval forces there. It is certainly desired that the opinion formed by his Excellency the Lord Esher to be correct, with her Majesty and Ministers not necessarily doubting that opinion, however I believe Khalistan is in a less able state to repulse difficulties and danger that should threaten European trade and should, with better resources, put to use her fair and good offices in the search of an international agreement on easing the tension within the Long Sea.

Discontent reigns amongst the various classes of Europe at the imminence of economic decline through the Long Sea, and the Governments of the States responsible for this have shown little wisdom in meeting and soothing this discontent. Her Majesty and Ministers have allowed the crisis of the Long Sea to assume an alarming tendency of escalation, and from this Great Engellex is threatened by the dangerous conditions placed upon our own prosperity due to this.

Therefore, her Majesty the Queen-Empress and Ministers implore the Khalistani Government to reconsider this deployment and channel greater resources on achieving an international settlement of the Long Sea; Khalistan can be reassured of Engellexic support in reaching an international agreement.
