Palais de Sainte-Elisabeth: The Cardinal-Archbishop de Merteuil (the Eminent Docteur François de Montmorency) was received in audience by The Queen this morning. The Duchess-Peeress de Condé was also in attendance.
Mssr. René Voyet (Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs) was received in audience by The Queen this afternoon, where Her Majesty was pleased to confer the Knight Grand Cross of the Royal Order of Saint-Louis & Sainte-Elisabeth. Mme. Voyet was also received by Her Majesty.

Palais de Sainte-Elisabeth: The Queen arrived in Vendôme this morning, and was received by Mssr. Anthony Hurde (Provost of Vendôme). The Duchess-Peeress de Condé (Mistress of the Robes) and Mssr. Antoine Pompidou (Equerry-in-Waiting) were also in attendance. Her Majesty made a visit to the Queen Marie-Sophie’s Academy (14 Rue de Blanc, 98143 Vendôme), where The Queen visited classrooms. Her Majesty then made a visit to the Lycée Brussels de Vendôme (23 Place Brussels, 98143 Vendôme), where Her Majesty was received by Mme. Marie Thurn-Carrington (Principal) and given flowers. Mme. Thurn-Carrington escorted The Queen throughout her visit, where she took part in a lesson of History. The Queen concluded her visit with a Banquet hosted by Mssr. Hurde at his residence.

Palais de Sainte-Elisabeth: The Queen held Council at 12:00 pm. Present were the following: the Most Noble Viscount de Suroz (Lord President of the Council), the Most Honorable Albert Coïdavid (Prime Minister and Secretary of State for the Civil Service), the most Honorable Victor Guyon (Secretary of State for the Treasury), the Most Noble Count de Cöez du Barche (Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs), the Most Honorable Guillaume Tufts (Chief Justiciar of the Realm), the Most Honorable Nicolas Arthaud (Secretary of State for the Interior), and the Most Honorable Xavier Bastien (Secretary of State for Public Works).
Hôtel de Blanchefoucauld: The Duke de Bon hosted a Banquet on behalf of the staff of the Foreign Civil Service this evening. Also in attendance was The Duchess de Champagny, The The Duchess de Bon, and Prince Louis-Philippe de Bon.

Palais de Sainte-Elisabeth: The Queen, accompanied by the Queen Dowager, arrived in Tivoli, Tiburtina this morning to attend the Wedding of the Imperial Prince to Princess Débora of Auraria, where Her Majesty was received by Mssr. Fabrice de Talleyrand (Her Majaesty's Ambassador to Tiburtina) and Mme. de Talleyrand. Also in attendance was The Duchess-Peeress de Condé (Mistress of the Robes) and Mssr. Antoine Pompidou (Equerry-in-Waiting).
