First Minister Jerome Cuervo announces devolution program for the provinces.
In a press statement today the First Minister announced the ASA governments latest radical policy to reform the country. The provinces will now be classified as Regional Communes and be given a wide range of powers to allow them to govern their own affairs whilst still remaining part of the Confederation. " Bezonvaux is a nation of many different communities and the Alliance Syndicaliste Agraire seeks to recognize the rights of those regions to properly govern their own affairs without needless interference from the central government in Saulot".
The planned reforms will begin to take effect from May this year, with the province of Albacente being the first province of Bezonvaux to become a Regional Commune with Governor Henri de Leon to become the first President of the Commune of Albacente. The other provinces will follow suit after six months.
