Hello!

Greetings from the Kingdom of Pereslavl-Zalessky. I, Yuri Dolgorukiy, would like to extend to you the invitation to join Myself and my royal cabinet for a summit and dinner at my personal residence on the shores of Lake Baikal. Located in the southern city of Shatov, it's climate is fairly mild and the people are kind and religious. I look forward to sharing a meal with you, and talking about the possibilities of Pereslavl-Zalessky entering into the world community as a more inclusive and cooperative partner. The summit will take place in 72 hours. I hope to see you there!

We are gratified by the responses from Ivernia, and Eiffelland. We eagerly anticipate your arrival in roughly 24 hours from now. Please be sure to remember a few ground rules before attending dinner. Namely, there are no weapons allowed inside the palace, as this is a dinner and meeting based upon mutual trust, and peaceful cooperation. Shows of force are not required, though we expect you had no intentions regardless. Secondly, please feel free to bring friends or family along, and tour our countryside even after the meeting is concluded. Our country and people are warm and welcoming and we hope you'll take the time to enjoy what we have to offer. Lastly, any aides must be non-military in nature, and the total number of allowed aides in an official capacity should be limited to two per delegation.

We hope these rules are not overly burdensome, and again - we look forward to meeting with you!

King Yuri Alexandrovich Dolgorukiy waited in his antechamber for his aides to present him with this evenings attire. He had requested something formal, but not overly burdensome or flashy. He wanted to present a formal yet practical face to His guests this evening. It just simply wouldn't do for them to have an opinion of him as...self important. Everything from the menu of the meal, the decor and the city of Shatov itself was kept minimalist in nature, and the royal house had issued orders to all citizens to not be extravagant in their welcoming of the foreign delegations.

By order of the King, all citizens must observe their daily routines- absolutely no extravagance is to be thrown in honor of our guests. Show them the temperance, and strength of Slavic peoples. Not the decadent lifestyles of other cultures, who thrive upon excesses...

Read part of the notice given to all residents inside the city limits. The streets were busy with commuter traffic and the city sidewalks were bustling with pedestrian shoppers, tourists and onlookers. Of course, the Dacha complex, located on the banks of the scenic and popular Lake Baikal was likewise busy. Closed to ordinary citizens today, the guards were dressed in full regalia, and their rifles, shoes and beltclips shining in the afternoon sunlight. Cars of government make were going to and fro through the central gated entrance, checked by the guards for their identification and itinerary. In a few short hours, the guests would arrive, and dinner would begin.

"No, Andrei, I don't require the royal crown this evening." Yuri said, noticing that his chief dresser had pulled the ornate crown box from out of His bedside cabinet.

"As you wish, Your Highness." Andrei said. He put the finishing touches on the royal attire, an impressive uniform of military look, green with yellow piping on the pantlegs, down the sides. Gold embroidery, as well as a yellow sash and sword attached to the hip. On the right breast pocket were two rows of various military awards and honors, notably the Order of St. Suverov, and the primary Order of the royals who had preceded Yuri. The Order of St. Suverov was a military order given to those of noble blood who have served in active combat during their lifetimes, either before or after ascending to public office. It was a mark of their status, and their command.

"Please instruct our chauffeurs to pick our guests up at the airport, when they arrive. Have them driven here, and prepare them for a 545pm dinner. A fifteen minute meet and greet will take place in the Grand Hall prior to the dinner. I will be waiting to receive them there at 530." Yuri said, moving to the door. Turning the handle, He felt as if Pereslavl itself was opening the same door, towards a brighter future...

Minister and Vice-Chancellor Kögler didn't wear a gala uniform, like the King, but the conventional gala clothing: A dress-suit of the finest cloth that fitted him perfectly. He was 55 years old, but still had a well-trained body. His hair was already becoming grey, but not in a way that it made him look old. When he arrived at the palace, he energetically walked up the stairs and greeted King Yuri according to the protocol: "Good evening, Your Majesty."

"Welcome to Shatov, Minister Kogler. I sincerely hope your flight went well?" He gestured for the other man to sit down in a seat opposite himself.

We hope that this summit may bring peace along the Long Sea and also help the ease the tensions that exist in the regions north of the Long Sea. I have been appointed by the Chairman of the Council of Ministers Andreas Alexandros Metaxas and by Marshall Markos Makris to represent the opinions of the peoples that live inside the State, namely the Tyrrhenians, the Jews and the Uroduans. We are all of the firm believe that only peace can provide the necessary atmosphere for a healthy development for the peoples living on the coasts of the Long Sea,

Ferenc Kató's group arrived much later due to security concerns involving his own personal retinue of armed guards supplied by his State Security apparatus but he cheerily greeted the Autocrat all the same, he wore an extravagant black suit and tie combo complete with a fedora rather than his usual militaristic dress, the only vestige of his political association was the arrow cross medal he had pinned to his tie.

He too offered a hand to Yuri,

"I am honored that you would accept my attendance and I am optimistic that these proceedings will lead to further diplomacy with our Southern neighbors. I've always respected and held an interest your people's culture and history, you know."

The young half-Cœurlois, half-Tiburran ambassador nervously looked outside his window as the car approached the entrance. Mssr. Levisso dressed in his finest, but his nerves got the best of him, his suit drenched with his sweat. His hands shaking - trembling - he tried to make himself calm. Within a few minutes the neophyte ambassador would be greeting the Autocrat.

Duke Martijn is a calculating, intelligent, politically astute and ruthless man. Martijn dedicated his life and efforts into maintaining Bangala prestige as Protector of the Realm, ensuring that the The Toothless King Willem III was respected or at least feared in his reign. He lost the elections for Protector of the Realm in 1940 and has since the elections he become Protector of Economy and Trade.
Martijn is a tall, slender, broad-shouldered man in his fifties. He has kept his head shaved ever since he started going bald, but grows out bushy golden side-whiskers and has blue eyes.

He always wanted to have a chance to visit Pereslavl-Zalessky and when the invitation came to Bangala the King did not see why don't let him go.

He arrived at Shatov in a black and gold coat, and greeted Yuri:

"It is an Honor Your Grace! I see that Pereslavl-Zalessky is a wonderful place as my advisors told me!"
