Yes, but barely. I really had to try and find them on the map, so you should darken the color a little bit.

Out of curiosity, Xen, where'd you come up with the name for Toyou? I was learning more Chinese today and 右头 Yòutóu means "To the right of" or "Right side", which made me think "Hm, is that what Xen was aiming for?" It'd be nice to know what the elements of Toyou were, so I can use something less Japanese sounding in my news. Until then, I'll probably use 大亞 Dàyà (Greater Asia) which is a Yujin term for 'Toyou without Touzen'
