Yes, you can post a factbook here and are very welcome to do so:

You can basically set anything freely about your nation. Population, economy, military - we trust the common sense of our players. Try to stay reasonable and remember to balance your nation. Nations which are all powerful and flawless will often get ignored in RP. "Powergaming" is very much frowned upon.

I would also like to place a citation from an old player who RPed several nations (a.o. Nuttylnd (no spelling mistake) and Therevada). He said that to a 13 year old boy who started to RP here: "We are not allowed to use foul language in order to protect the minds of our young RPers here. Given the fact that you are one of the people we need to protect against foul language, I think it is not a problem for you to use that word." I don't know if I cited him correctly, but this was the meaning of what he said.
