Please change the name Wendmark into "West Saxony".
If appropriate, please turn the border between West Saxony and Wiese into something dotted.
If not, having it the same colour on the map will do just fine, as expressed in the above post.

Those countries placed on the Inactivity List are subject to deletion on the next map update. As I will be removing non-active nations on each update, it will be the activity, or lack thereof, during the month preceding the date of the next map update that will determine whether or not a country will be deleted. A reasonable amount of role-play will prevent such deletion as will an announcement of departure on the Absence Thread, but only if there is a history of RP beforehand.
ANNEXATIONS & COLONIAL ENTERPRISE
All applications to expand one’s map spot, either territorial annexation or colonial establishments, need to support them through this application process.
If you are applying for a colony, the number of the map spot will do, but should you be applying for a part of a map spot and/or a partition of another’s map spot then you will need to form a basic map that displays the boundaries of this new territory.
You will need to also post threads that demonstrate the campaign and success of one for any annexation, and the maps posted should reflect the scale of your claimed land; nothing additional to what has been role played shall be added to the map, no matter how tempting.
For colonial applications a link to the thread/s that establish the background and general out-of-character effort of the colony also need to be submitted.
A thread will be made soon detailing the process of establishing colonies in an in-character method.

Hello, can I have the two plots bordering Eiffelland, Danmark, Wieserreich and Karlovia? I mean the area formerly containing the Saracian Rep. and the Polamar. I was told they were under the same player before, so I thought to ask about this place, being near some active players, and the possibility of some fun RP perhaps.

So, with Hajr officially off the map, there’s a void in Himyar. A void I imagine will not be filled for a while and one that I’d rather not be filled by a new guy who has a chance of quitting in 2 weeks. I’d like it if Jurzan’s borders were extended to include Hajr’s old map spot, forming one nation in Central Himyar.
This is not a nation change, the only things that will be different about Jurzan are that it will have a higher population and more land, nothing else will change. We will produce the same amount of oil, we will have the same military firepower, and RP will stay the same.
Looking at the forum’s history, it’s few and far inbetween that Islamic states come about, and when they do, they don’t last long. People don’t like RPing Muslim states that are 50%+ desert wastelands, I enjoy it, and I’ve RPed it. Filling in the empty space in central Himyar will help with RP, it will help to not alienate Frescania from the politics of the other three Himyari States, and it will ensure that quality RP lasts as I will not quit in 2 weeks. You can accuse me of pixel wanking if you want, but when you look at the current map, a combined Hajr and Jurzan is still only a moderately sized country, not one of the largest. And I’d still be a poor country, even more poor than I am now because of the population increase.
So what do ya say guys, let your friendly neighborhood Jurzan merge with Hajr. Deep down, you know you really want to.

When we first talked about the new map, I didn't imagine that the countries in N. Himyar were to be shrunk like this. Can you give Parthava (Parthia for foreigners lol) the territory in my east, with the green territory being Sakibstan?

A blank map of exactly what this map is was posted on the forum for quite a time before the completed map was posted.
Territorial expansions have to be applied for formally as with colonial expansions.

So that's a ruling^, I do not want to have to talk about this anymore considering it's been something I've had to talk to people on the IRC about for a few days. If in fact this is entirely important to Engellex/Nonsuch, that we put Polas on a list despite his absence post, then we can take it to the mod room and vote on it after a discussion . . But again, this entire thing is unnecessary considering how long Polas has been with this forum, and our typical precedents for handling inactive veteran players.

Hmm, I can see the changes to the map, but could I be reinstated as Sikandara in the spot I occupied previously, next to Vangala, as that is my main nation now. And I hope that I could be allotted the island as well, since it had been part of the old spot for me as well.

In regards to my old, I am just asking how will it work out, since Registan is wanting my spot, as well as Vangala, I think, for a colony and the Western exclave I had has been given to Helixia. I do remember having posted in the Absence thread so I am confused why my spot has been greened. I hope all this can be resolved soon.
