Nonsuch Era :- NSE Map V.1-11

[Arendaal]

As Engellex suggested in the last map thread, I'm resubmitting this application formally for an overseas province of Arendaal. The territory would be called the Principality of Normandie and would be part of the Kingdom of Arendaal proper. Here is the map I would like to suggest (as you can see, it isn't as far south as I originally thought it could be, but I think this spot is the most logical geographically):

Rationale: I've revised my history to make things more concise and dynamic. Since so many players in Scania have disappeared, I've had to get rid of my historical interactions with them (). Without this background, Arendaal seems somewhat isolated. Also, it seems odd that Arendaal should have had so much interaction with states from Germania, like Franken, Wiese, and Montelimar etc. (which I'd worked out with the respective countries ages ago - all this is also detailed in

) while being so physically isolated from them. The success of the

would also make much more sense if Arendaal had a physical enclave on the continent.

 

[Havenshire]

Havenshire is as always happy to be historically a farflung conclave of minor traders and squabblers that the Aren nobility could have intermarried/subtly dominated if they so choose.

 

[Miroslavl]

Miroslavl was also a monarchy throughout most of it's history - and the two heirs to the current communist government are both descended from the same royal line. There's probably one or two Aren nobles in the family tree somewhere.

 

[Catalina]

Please change my nations name to Catalina on the map. Also move my capital to the spot Reno is at and re-name it Gran Catalina. remove my other cities if you would.

 

[Ivernia]

I would like to request that the City of Vedrarfjord be added to the map in Ivernia.

I keep mentioning it in the press and RP. It's Ivernia's main port city, and so I think it should be on the map so people know where it is.

On Ivernia's western peninsula, on the southern inlet is Vedrarfjord. I hope the map is clear enough!

May add in other cities later, for now I am happy with this (in a less violent colour, naturally!). Not sure what to do with the larger island off my coast; given Agderike wants some moved away, may be possible to assemble enough for an island nation off my coast somewhere?

May add in other cities later, for now I am happy with this (in a less violent colour, naturally!). Not sure what to do with the larger island off my coast; given Agderike wants some moved away, may be possible to assemble enough for an island nation off my coast somewhere?

Yay an active neighbor right next to me! (I suppose we ought to look into mutual history)

I was wondering if this (see link) would be at all possible? My nation's name would be Barazi and the capital as well as two other larger cities are marked on the map that I've slapped together. And by slapped together, I mean added a red line.

Since Anglia hasn't posted in July, would it be an acceptable concept to place the Fennian Union on its spot?

If that's not OK, my second option would be the free spot next to Franken. Since my location is very much at the whims of the mapmaker I'll not devise city locations yet.

I don't see a point in adding more islands, as I said to Warre, due to there being so many empty map spots.

Originally that island was intended for the spot you want; do you want it?

Just giving this a bump. I'm not sure if you saw this or not, but I'd like to know if it's possible to do when ever you have time.
