Ok, here goes:
Kalevala is the capital city, if the rest make the spot too clogged on the map due to text etc. use your discretion with them.
Also, since Xen told me that I should do it right away I am submitting a colonial application for the Union Protectorate of New Fennia:
History:
Though actual Fennian settlement into the territories that today make up the Union Protectorate (sometimes known as Protected Territories in Fennian discourse) would not begin until 1880s or so, the territory had been known to Fennian seafarers and traders from the times of the Old Kingdom or so. It is known that the first Fennian merchants made rudimentary maps and descriptions of the area and the accompanying coastlines during the 16th and 17th centuries in addition to the Kingdom of Kalevala's establishment of a number of trading posts between 1680 and 1705, but greater expansion was prevented by many diseases and hostile natives of the land as well as internal Fennian turmoil.
Subsequent to the Fennian Unification Wars, the newly established Fennian Union sought to attain a "place in the sun" and join other powers in the quest to attain colonial wealth. With the 1879 establishment of the Union Overseas Office and the Union Overseas Trading Company, the steps were laid for this. The territories currently part of New Fennia were among the scope of the colonization effort and the only ones were those efforts gained fruition, with the Fennians establishing more and more trade posts and religious missions along the coastline with the intent of expanding their influence over the many native kingdoms and tribes in the area. At the same time, medical and technological improvement allowed enroaching further inlands. From 1883 onwards, conflicts between Fennians and some of the natives increased in scope especially as the Union started to pressure coastal tribes and fiefdoms to allow the entrance of Fennian settlers.
The 1887 New Malmi Massacre in which forty Fennian colonists were slain by warriors of the Tswana tribe prompted support for an overt imperialist effort which had previously been lacking in the Union Congress. With heavy pressure from the Old Fenn Party, the Union government announced a regional military intervention to protect its interests in the area. A combination of regular Union soldiers and foreign and tribal mercenaries soon begun landing efforts under Rear Admiral Sakari Helismaa. The so-called Helismaa Campaign would last from 1887 until 1895 and see imperial subjugation of much of what would become the Protected Territories. As hostilities with the Swanas - the dominating tribe in the area - had begun the campaign it was the Swana people that bore the heaviest brunt in the war, especially against Fennian regulars utilizing modern equipment such as bolt-action rifles and early machine guns.
The subjugation of the Swanas became internationally controversial and the moniker "Swana Genocide" was given upon it by foreign press as well as anti-colonial activists in the Union. Estimates say that one in every fifth Swana were killed during these events, though the then-Union government has strenuously denied that a genocide ever took place. Colonial critics continue to invoke the Swana Genocide up until this day, though it appears to have overshadowed atrocities carried out against some of the other anti-Fennian tribes.
The formal end of the colonial war is considered to be at 1895, though sporadic clashes and uprisings would take place at later years, and the Overseas Office now concentrated on colonial construction. A capital - Pyhä Henrik (St. Henry) - was established on the Western coast and efforts to attract colonization from the Union and even from the neighborung countries took place during the subsequent decades primarily upon land cleared of natives during the Helismaa Campaign or purchased fraudulently by the Overseas Office. Other measures, such as granting land to Fennian soldiers and foreign mercenaries who had fought in New Fennia and the deportation of criminal and vagrant prisoners from the Union, were used to draw in colonists.
As part of the reforms impelemented in the homeland during the 1908 General Strike, the Overseas Office then restrained some of the colonial measures by transferring power from military governors to their civilian counterparts and introducing more rights for the native populace. A 1912 establishment of tribal reservations, internally autonomous areas which remained under control of pro-Fennian chieftains, served as a further attempt to reduce tensions between the colonial rulers and the natives. During the 1920s in response to economic growth the government in Kalevala permitted native migration from the colonies into the Union in limited numbers, however with economic troubles that followed in the 1930s this migration became less and less popular.
During the last two decades of colonial rule, New Fennia has undergone significant development which however has not occurred without its own challenges. Migration into the colonies as well as interaction between Union territories and the colonies has brought new ideas such as nationalist sentiment and socialism to the reach of the peoples in New Fennia, expected to be a major challenge to contemporary colonial governance. Since the replacement of democracy with the Häyhist one-party government in the Union, the regime reinstituted the old penal colony policy by commencing the deportation of political dissidents and other prosecuted groups into the colonies. At the same time, the Häyhists imposed heavy restrictions upon migration from the colonies into Fennia proper.
Particularly given New Fennia's standing as a source of resources and territorial prestige, Häyhist Fennia is keen on maintaining the colony as a part of the Union in the future. However, tensions in the colony could jeopardize the Kalevala regime's plans.
Rationale:
I'm interested in having a single major colony as part of the Fennian Union to provide me with additional roleplaying opportunities, partly related to the aforementioned migration from the colonies into Fennia proper before the Häyhist regime and also with the ethnic and religious mosaic in the colonies as well as the prospect of internal conflict over there with the development of various separatist movements. Activities of Fennian dissidents exiled there or fleeing persecution in the homeland will also come to play. With this there will be an opportunity for various types of RP inaccessible with an entirely "mainland" country as well as enrichment to my historical background from 1870 onwards.

As I will be removing non-active nations on each update, it will be the activity, or lack thereof, during the month preceding the date of the next map update that will determine whether or not a country will be deleted. A reasonable amount of role-play will prevent such deletion as will an announcement of departure on the Absence Thread, but only if there is a history of RP beforehand.
ANNEXATIONS & COLONIAL ENTERPRISE
All applications to expand one’s map spot, either territorial annexation or colonial establishments, need to support them through this application process.
If you are applying for a colony, the number of the map spot will do, but should you be applying for a part of a map spot and/or a partition of another’s map spot then you will need to form a basic map that displays the boundaries of this new territory.
You will need to also post threads that demonstrate the campaign and success of one for any annexation, and the maps posted should reflect the scale of your claimed land; nothing additional to what has been role played shall be added to the map, no matter how tempting.
For colonial applications a link to the thread/s that establish the background and general out-of-character effort of the colony also need to be submitted.

Minor notice that the capital name is Kalevala, not Kalevara. 
Also I was under the impression that the left-blank portion between Fennian Union and Adgerike was a part of Fennia since coro included it on his map just to denote a historically lost territory or something.

Perhaps, it ought to be colored Fennian though, and if desired even labelled with Juuso's place name. I plan to make it a reoccurring debate for my nation. —A side note, just to make sure that Adgerike, becomes Agderike. I've noticed the misspelling is becoming prevalent. Partly my fault because I had the misspelling on one of my graphics. Oops.
The Republic of Volga (that tiny little bit between me and the Mezhist Union) isn't part of the Miroslavl's sphere of influence. It should be painted in neutral colors, not red. Whether or not it gets it's own name on the map isn't necessary.
I would also, if possible and practicable, like to request a much darker shade of red. I intend on trying to set up a new alliance to rival the current communist bloc later, but for now just having Miroslavl and it's client states colored dark red is fine.

This is what I thought we agreed to as well, and its of course fine by me. I don't think it should get labelled though since it would clutter the map in that part a bit too much. Also that having a Fennian-Agder border would be kind of conductive to (Non-war as well) RP.

After speaking, extensively, with Lower Sweicziema I am under the impression that Barazi will be greened soon and available to take over. If correct, I find that tract of land to be quite lovely and would love to have it. If not, the piece just to the north and west would be equally acceptable. As soon as I get home I'll post the pictures of the area as Tikali Islands had, or something similar.
