The Northern Maritime Forum seeks to offer a nonpartisan forum which important issues for the nations with territories adjacent the Lyric Sea, the Aren Sea, and the other Northern bodies of water. It seeks to offer a bilateral and multilateral forum outside of the Council of Nations for the nations of the northern seas to work together to provide conservation of the environment, safety for the maritime industries, and multilateral rescue efforts when disasters happen.

This forum seeks collaboration with all northern 'Scanian', 'Boreasic', and 'Scano-Germanian' nations, and does wishes to stabilize and secure the northern seas so there is some level of uniformity in regards to the seas and one's safety upon them. While the concerns discussed within the forum are primarily pertinent to the nations of the Lyric and Aren or 'Northern' seas, we invite nations from outside of the region to attend, discuss matters, and take part in the multilateral interactions. If we are capable of doing well here, we may be able to civilize the seas around the world, with nations pitching in to make the workers of the maritime industry more safe, and passengers and customers of these companies more secure in the belief that their goods will arrive on time.

The forum will be held in Stormmaigh, Warre, on the seventeenth of March. Please RSVP, and if there are any issues you would like discussed in the forum, please give us information before hand, so a definite timeslot can be created for your discussion.

Will you be attending the biological discussions solely? Should reservations for any other portions of the forum be made for the University of Syracuse?

We will be sending delegates to all sections of the forum mainly as observers but will only partake in discussions regarding environmental concerns. Our delegates will be attending in the interests of education and the environment and to act as experts available to all delegations in discussions regarding such issues.

We hope this is acceptable.

Representing the interests of Serbovian maritime operators and recognizing the importance of Northern sealanes, our office has been instructed to convey its tentative interest in sending a delegation of Serbovian officials affiliated with the GUTBM as well as other relevant government agencies.

The Union Directory hopes that issues relevant to the maritime routes between Scanogermania and Jizhou will also be on the agenda.

Regards,
Mrs. Julia Nikonova,
Deputy Director for Maritime Commerce and Safety
