GEHEIM ​ NOV 18. 1953 To, The Foreign Minister, Kyivian National Revolutionary Republic (KNRR) The Government of Hellenburg is seeking to open dialogue with its esteemed neighbour, the Kyivian Republic, in an effort to improve and expand the nature of the bilateral relationship between our two countries. The Premier has instructed me to inform the Kyivian Government that we are open to discuss matters without any restriction and that we are eager to find common-ground with our eastern neighbour.
