To: The Government of [MENTION=1767]Karolnia[/MENTION] RE: Trading opportunities and enhanced trade relations On behalf of several Belmontien businessmen, the Government of Belmont would like to congratulate the nation of Karolnia in emerging as a vibrant market in the Gothic fishing industry. The North Gothic Sea is blessed to be home a great variety of fish, providing sumptuous delicacies and staple fish alike. As such, the Belmontien government is interested in engaging in conversation with its counterpart in Karolnia to develop a mutually beneficial understanding in allowing the import of Karolnian produce into Belmont. The Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries is open to a barter arrangement, if a financial deal is unsuitable, whereas Belmontien grain, or other produce that is not grown in Karolnia due to climatic constraints, in exchange for preferential access to Karolnian fish markets. The demand for Gothic Sea catches is immense in Belmont and the market cannot be left untapped. We understand your concerns and problems and we would be more than happy to meet with you and discuss a mutually beneficial deal, that would help Karolnia export fish and seafood to Belmont and Belmont to export Grain and Agricultural Products, of which we are both in severe need, to Karolnia. Thus we would like to invite representatives from your Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries and any other Private or Public entity, such as the Belmontian Fishermen Association, to meet with the Karolnian Prime Minister, Minister of Economics and the Keeper of Unity of the Federal State of Karolnia in the Marshallic Mansion.
