After deliberation, I decided to go with the east of Himyar, not Kannex' spot. But I adjusted the shape of my earlier claim and maybe you can redraw a bit of the coastline to make it more interesting/visually appealing? Consider my request a rough guideline, not a "pixel by pixel" request.
Well, I do want a larger spot because of the theme of my nation and I envision large parts of it being barely settled. I also, however, stretched it out to border several different nations, as I think this will provide some RP opportunity in Himyar.

I've begun updating the map, and due to the request to alter some of the land I have tweaked some features in Himyar as to make the empty areas a little more appealing; I also came across an old, very old proposal I was working on for the map, and I want to request permission to change my Gallia-Germania spot to what I was working on about two-three years ago. My request is to remove the Engellexian Republic, as it is, and put in that island group with some alteration to the third biggest island - including shrinking it so as to not appear a naked pixel grab.
EDIT: Layering the images on top of each other, the pixels are almost the same. Should that be a concern.

It wasn't awful, but I backed out because it was moving to fast and a bit OP. In a matter of hours M-Ls popped up and made huge territorial gains or losses, massive casualties, nazi germany esque military,...
I am weary of that huge empty spot between me and Ovi since it does have the ability to completely shift my rp depending on who takes it.

yeah that was the main issue. plus it didn't really RP it just had casualty reports and never allowed for anyone else to get involved

Colouring of the map is always a frustration for me, mostly because I have about 10 colours that I like, fit with each other, and trying to find decent colours for everyone else is such a chore. Several colouring options I was considering, not just to make that it easier, but also because it could be interesting :-
- geographical block colouring (ie. Germania nations all a shade of blue)
- ideological colouring (ie. communists and socialists all a shade of red)
- active and inactive colouring (ie. actives receive usual blue/green/red etc., inactive are shades of light grey)
Anyone have any other ideas? This isn't something I am looking to immediately implement, just throwing out some ideas that I came across while updating.
Additionally, it would be wonderful to put some capitals to those colonies in Himyar; and a few names for seas/straits/bays etc. in the Far East; in fact, I am very much open to new geographical names being added, or changed with local consent, and also secondary, and third cities (subject to space).
Also, does anyone know Serenierre's capital and location?
