(HiRes Version upcoming)
Long awaited, the map offices of the Freedom Fenns have been hard at work providing us with the latest official version of our map, coming with some alterations and updates as requested in the last few months. I would like to use this opportunity to thank Coro for taking up the banner of helping to reconstruct the mapmaking team, which should surely help people visualize their nations and get placed within a reasonable timeframe.
Speaking of reasonable things, we will also require 30 RP posts with a new nation for it to be placed on the map. This was a rule before and has now been reintroduced, to make sure that the workload of adding a new nation will be justified. As before, you can start roleplaying as if you were placed - in that sense, it’s not that different from how it has been in recent times for other reasons. If you do not find your nation on this map, there is a good chance that it might be due to this new rule. Continue playing and you will soon find yourself on the map! Also if any requests from the previous thread have been overlooked or wrongly interpreted, please post your requests once more in this thread.
We will try to keep up a reasonable pace of at least monthly updates.
Applying for a MAP SPOT (AFTER 30 RP POSTS) :-
Name of Country :-
Location of Capital :-
Additional Major Cities and Locations :-
To protect the fairness of our game, please make all requests for alteration to the map publicly. The Mapmaker will not make changes based on IRC, PM, Skype or any other private or offsite conversations. We will not accept requests forwarded anywhere other than official public map threads.
INACTIVITY & DISCLAIMER
Role play activity will prevent deletion from the map, there is no minimum activity needed to prevent removal as it is due to Mapmaker discretion, though an announcement of departure in the Absence Thread will excuse a drop off of activity. Prior to removal, the inactive player will usually be placed on the Inactivity Listing, allowing new players to assume their map spot should the player not return to in-character activity. The Mapmaker & Administration can remove, edit, add, or deny changes to the map based on existing rules or past lessons learned - clarification on the reasoning of these exceptional decisions can and will be given upon reasonable inquiry.
Any and all nations on this listing can be removed and replaced by a new player upon request for a map spot :-
