It is this man's claim that the Danish Empire is seeking to sell the Faroe Islands to the Mezhist Union, post-haste. It is our belief that this deal is imminent, and that the Mezhist Flotilla reported to be at sea (with no indication of where it is going) will soon be danger close to the Faroe Islands, Occidentia, and the Sylvanian Homeland.

The Fragarachai cannot speak on behalf of the government of our homeland, and would not dare to- not even to speak for the MacCuAodha Tribe who provide the backbone for our nation and buoyed our organization for the long march when the AnLyric people had shrugged off the mere idea of having a proper nationalized and official military. However, we can speak with compassion and concern that we feel is reflective of both the core virtues our organization was founded with in the centuries ago when it was the first of the national militaries formed by the AnLyric people in the Western Continent which we call Boreas; and of the people of our nation and its peoples as a whole. The August Catastrophe awoke some long sleeping fears and concerns in the back of our psyches, and we can understand how such things might well dominate the Cantignian peoples.

However, even as far off as we are from our cousines in Cantigia, we notice the threats to both you, our international organization, and our homeland's actual international position and prestige with Engellex looming over you. Any threat real or imagined by the Engellexic would be pinned on you and yours, and it would be believed that we and ours were the ones who were its supreme architects. Tyrculir believes in the protection of a nation's sovereignty by that nation- and like that of our family here, we Fragarachai believe the same. So if any Cantignians wish to take up that banner, and to learn to protect themselves, their families, their communities, their religion, and their nation in its entirety- we cannot refuse them, we will accept the job of training such folks with a minor fee from the Victory Committee, if at all- however we must insist that no training be done within Cantigia or the soil of the Engellexic Empire, given what they cannot see cannot hurt them or in the more important situation, hurt you.

We will correspond further on the matter, as our intelligence operatives are already viewing possible ways of covertly training as many Cantignians affiliated with the Victory Committee that wish to be trained, and will after your response, if these conditions are agreed, bring forward these ideas and possibilities.
